Decent hotel
The hotel was clean and efficient, although small, but it us the best hotel in the area and options are extremely limited. Although the rooms were nice the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. You almost felt like you were intruding on them.
Best hotel in the area.
Surprisingly this is a good hotel for the area. Associated to the casino next door. Nice clean and tidy rooms with fresh decor. Lovely shower. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room which is a huge negative for me. Breakfast standard continental with a nice fruit selection. Staff polite and friendly. Ideal for me when here for 3 weeks plus. Located on the main highway with easy access. Supermarket just 15 second drive down the road. All most 5 out of 5 but no tea or coffee facilities in room.
Very comfortable/ best in town
Stayed there for a few nights and even the location is not right in the city centre of General Roca, it is only 10 minutes drive to the city and its a business hotel attached to a casino. The room was really nice and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was just alright, not may choices, but still ok. I guess, it is the best hotel in the city and I would definitely recommend and would stay there again if back in the region.
Excellent given the remoteness
Excellent quality hotel given the remoteness of this location in the North of Patagonia. Coming from Europe you feel reassured you will have a good sleep in this hotel. Added advantage is the onsite casino that is accessible directly from inside the hotel.
Centrally located to the wineries of Rio Negro
The hotel is separate and quite from the casino. A new property with spacious and luxurious rooms. Nice breakfast included. Excellent dining in the casino too. Centrally located to the wineries of Rio Negro.
