Noisy environment. No iron board in each room

The room is not soundproof. Can hear all the noises from outside and nearby room, room above us is so noisy too at middle of night (furniture moving & huge stomping). U can hear people talking too. U will not be provide with iron & ironing board. U need to go to level 22 or 28 only to iron room. Mislead info in the website that wrote got iron in each room. No heating microwave too as in the room details in website. Can improve next time.

1) staff very friendly and helpful 3) the view is beautiful 4) superb swiming pool 5) pleasant stay. The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found.The Large Room makes movement within the room very comfortable

This is the ideal place for a family to stay while vacationing in Genting Highland, so I recommend that they book their accommodations here. It provides a magnificent view of the mountain. Their breakfast is excellent and delicious.

Love everything here.. from check in to check out.. spacious and cozy lobby, helpful staff, large room, spectacular view, nice breakfast and everything just near by walk in distance.. will always repeat stay ✌🏻

clean, big, and great hotel. We are happy and can look view from our room, bed and tv was good. near to food places down the road. would recommend if you’re here just to have a place to sleep in comfortably. breakfast was great too!
