We stayed here one night, check in was easy and the property was well maintained. We did check in on the app and choose our room. I thought I was picking a room that faced the back of the hotel but it was facing the front of the hotel. Not a huge deal because I picked the 4th floor. There was some noise from the gas station and the highway but not too bad. The room had 2 queen beds and a refrigerator. No Microwave, not a huge deal because I was staying one night. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. At first the pillows were fine but after 30 minutes they were totally flat resulting in waking up multiple times during the night. If the pillows had more structure I would have given the property 5 stars. The bathroom had a picture of Lucy Ball which I thought was a nice touch. All in all I would come back to this location.

Great location; easy to go visit family throughout the Jamestown local. Friendly staff, clean big rooms, beds are a bit stiff. Good breakfast selection, both warm and cold items. Try to avoid room 212.

Nice Hotel, Convenient Location, Friendly Staff

Here for a quick stop on the way to a wedding. The hotel was not busy at all so check in was simple and easy. We had multiple choices for rooms such as what floor, what direction to face, etc. The room was very nice and well appointed. It was very quiet and had a good HVAC system. Wi-Fi was good for streaming You Tube but had some difficulty streaming my DISH network shows from my DVR at home--it kept disconnecting--and it was a problem that I did not have the prior night at another Hampton. The breakfast area was deserted the next morning so we had no concerns about masks or distancing. The location is convenient to the highway and to a couple of places to eat. We'd definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

The cable tv wasn’t working very well and pixelated it self out but they had a pool and gym so we did that instead. The breakfast was good no bacon and eggs but still had a lot of good healthy choices

This hotel is a poor example of Hilton quality. First impressions are lasting and upon entering the staff behind the desk are wearing very wrinkled attire and are some face. Although it turned out that she and all others were friendly and as accommodating as they could be. We were not told that fresh towels had to be requested and did not see the little sticker on the mirror indicating so until the morning of checkout. Rooms need some updating. Booked room based on ratings of 4 and a half stars. If this is the best in the area I fear what the others are like.
