Fab view
Really enjoyed my stay in this small friendly hotel. Wonderful view from the balcony right across the lake and a nice little bar across the road right on the waterfront where you can swim, sunbathe and have a drink.
A somewhat dated excellent view
Probably one of the best options in Gersau as it's right on the waterfront. The hotel itself is a little dated and the rooms are rather simple. But the balconies are spacious and the view is excellent. There is free parking onsite and (I think) paid covered parking as well. The corridors are not the nicest and for both check-in and check-out I had to wait for someone to arrive that could help me. What really surprised me was the breakfast. I was not expecting too much of it but it was very good. Attentive service, very good coffee and a decent spread of options.
Mistreating staff and customers
This is the worst place ever as they really mistreat their employees. i heard that they did not even pay one of their employees for working long hours and shifts. They even mentioned that they prefer chinese people than indian customers. Really Disrespectful women and man. It is a no go place even though beautiful view
Riyadh
The location of the hotel opposite the lake is spacious and clean. The check is fast and the receptionist treated it nicely and nicely when we came back to the hotel and while looking for a parking lot a nice person came and asked to wait for his car to be pulled out and when he entered the hotel I was surprised that he was doing a great and wonderful treatment on my visit. I chose another time when the atmosphere was hot and there was no air conditioning
Good hotel
Stayed for 1 night during tour of Europe. Hotel in lovely position, right on the lake and across the road from the Ferry. Free parking is limited just outside hotel which we were lucky enough to acquire, but there is also paid parking (I think it was 10€ per day). Gersau very quiet, and didn’t see many restaurants. Food and drink everywhere is expensive. Breakfast in the hotel was definitely one if the better continental breakfasts we have had, with plenty of choice and well worth the €8 we paid.
