We stayed at the hotel during a visit to the attached Medicos rehab facility. Found the rooms to be a nice size and good and clean. The elevators seem to be quite slow at times. We didn’t have a lot of interaction with the hotel staff other than at check in but they were pleasant and helpful to us. I would suggest that the lobby area could use a little brightening up as the largely black decor is just a little oppressive. Overall a decent hotel in a nice location.

Good hotel middle of nowhere

Quiyet quite new hotel some scool and football area, just near by Veltins arena (by Shalke) Staff was okay, breakfast okay, nor wow but good. Some Shalkes academy players ate breakfast same restaurant. Room was positive suprise, thank for that, Corner room by 7th floor (717), parkin i think including, we parking from street.

Disappointing and Unhygienic

And when I arrived at this hotel I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and the greeting I received. However my feelings towards the hotel changed when I arrived in my room and found a pair of men’s boxers under the pillow from a previous guest! In addition to this I requested a wake up call for 09:00 so that I could get my train at 10:15; unfortunately there was no wake up call and I must now get another train at 18:25. This means I will miss several very important meetings and a number of my clients will be disappointed. Finally the worst part of my experience is that the manager decided that meeting with me to apologise and remedy the situation didn’t warrant their attention. Needless to say I am very disappointed by my experience at this hotel and will not be returning furthermore I will be instructing the accounts division of my company to discontinue any relationship that we have with this hotel.

People on the reception are rude and they can laugh at your face! The internet is very slow, apparently in 4 star hotel you need to pay for a fast WiFi. The worst 4 star hotel I’ve ever been to. There is never a manager in this hotel. And when you ask for one, he/she is in Düsseldorf and it is impossible to reach this manager via phone call. And when you leave the staff is laughing behind your back. Don’t recommend it! The food in the hotel is also not the best. Guys working in the kitchen are great! But that’s all.

We stayed here as part of a medicos rehabilitation.we are from the USA and they tried to take care of our every need very nice.the program there is very good.the hotel is very clean.the shuttle train is neat to buar
