Check in clerk was super friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping staff very friendly. Room was larger and much better than we expected. Clean room and bathroom with plenty of towels. Cookies in the evening was a nice touch. Breakfast was exceptional. Breakfast had more choices than any IHG property I have ever stayed. Hotel recently had storm damage which they are still in the process of cleaning up and repairing which might explain the common areas of the hotel being a little dingy. Would definitely return to this property in the future.

Hotel was clean, breakfast was ok, eggs were crumbly. My only real complaint is that we never had housekeeping. The first night we returned and found the room uncleaned I went to the desk and got towels. They apologized saying it would be fixed the next day. But then it happened again, no housekeeping. Same desk clerk was very apologetic again and gave me more towels. The next morning we ran out of toilet paper and had to hold it until we got to work, not pleasant! On top of that there was a golf tournament going on nearby so lots of noise.

Room was clean and well stocked. For linens. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was adequate and stayed well stocked. Outside pool and surrounding landscape looks like it has not been maintained this season.
Clean. Otherwise just OK

As the title states, our room was clean. However, there are a few things that are worth mentioning that were a nuisance. First, the closet door was broken and wouldn’t shut. It stayed cracked open about 6 inches until we propped a trash can in front of it to keep it closed. Also, the tub faucet would not turn off all the way. There was a steady drip. The walls in our room had one place with random holes. It looked as if someone hung a picture in several spots before deciding to just take down the painting. Beds are in the firm to very firm range. The morning breakfast is average at best. All in all, these are just first world problems that were merely annoyances. Our stay was OK... not great, but not bad. Thanks
A Pleasant Stay

We booked this hotel with a non-refundable rate, but the night before we checked in the price had dropped about $50/ night so that was disappointing. Everyone on staff that we encountered was friendly. The first room we were given had a refrigerator that wasn't working so they moved us to another room which was nice. The rooms were spacious enough for our toddler to roam around a bit. The room seemed to be cleaned, but we found a pocket knife under the bed and some loose change on the floor of the closet. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were cleaned. Unfortunately, breakfast was okay. There were many options- pancakes, eggs, bagels, muffins, fruit, cereal, and yogurt. However, the bagel was extremely hard and the pancakes were made in a machine that made them very flat with a strange texture. The eggs weren't very good either. We stuck with the fruit and cereal which were fine. The hotel is a short distance to downtown and Fossil Rim Safari. However, next time we'll probably try a different hotel in the area.
