Realmente les recomiendo este hotel, el personal es maravilloso,te hacen sentir como si estuvieras en casa, son amables, te reciben con sonrisa a diario,te llaman por tu nombre,las facilidades están inmaculadas y siempre limpia, el personal de housekeeping da un servicio a diario excelente, tienen desayuno variado y de buena calidad,les doy 5 estrellas, de volver a Arizona,me vuelvo a quedar aquí,gracias !!!

ubicación ideal para ir de compras, esta bonito, limpio, todo en óptimas condiciones, desayuno incluido caliente y muy completo, nos encantó y tiene todo lo que un huesped puede necesitar. El único detalle fue que nos llegó un cargo extra a la tarjeta de crédito y no sabemos la razón, ya solicité aclaración y a la fecha no me han dado respuesta y nos hospedamos el día 12 de diciembre y hoy ya es 2 de enero del 2016 y seguimos sin que nos responda.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the last 6+ years and are always very pleased with the customer service, cleanliness and consistency of this hotel. MIREYA A. (front desk) was so helpful, pleasant and attentive to our needs. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. You cannot go wrong with booking this location!

Room was OK until we turned on the TV and the remote didn't work, then went to take a shower and no hot water. Moved to another room after we had unpacked everything. For the ratings this place gets I expected things would be in better shape! Breakfast was better than average.

Beware of fraudulent management

I had booked a free award night here, which Choice said included all taxes and fees. At check-in, they tried to bamboozle me and insisted that I had to pay $28.80 for taxes and fees. Only when I threatened to call Choice customer service about the legitimacy of the amount did the front desk clerk relent and waive the illegitimate amount. On my credit card only the usual reservation of $50 for “incidentals” was noted. When checking out, I received a correct invoice, which showed the $50 once as "Deposit" and below this amount is again listed as "Refund" In total as $0.00 total debt. A few hours after checking out, I found out that the management did not release the reservation on my VISA card as usual, but turned it into a real charge for $50.00. This kind of things do not happen by accident, especially if you have already used fraudulent methods to collect improper taxes beforehand. I can therefore only warn everyone urgently to look closely at the credit card statement at this hotel. Oh yes: An immediately sent e-mail to the hotel management was not answered even after 3 days.
