This is a nice little hotel with a low cost, making it a great value especially if you are just making an overnight stop while going down the road. It was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place is easy to get in and out of. There were Covid-19 precautions. And if you don't have to stay directly in Wichita, then this is a perfect location to stay an economical distance away. If we find ourselves in the same situation again, and we might, we'll keep this place in mind for a night's stay.

The location was good and even the rooms were up to date. The thing I found exciting was they had pretty good beds and OMG the TV's were almost 42 inches, and almost all the channels were in High Definition(HD). The staff was great, good breakfast, clean and neat rooms. Definitely stay the next time I pass by.
Cheap place to stay.

Good place to stay, but needs a bit of TLC. The management was courteous and the rooms were pretty clean. We were so tired by the time we got there, beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was simple, but had fresh fruit, bagels, donuts ect. Good place for the price.
Hmmm!, not up to speed...pass it by!

Having tried variant hotels within the Choice Hotel line-up, this is no doubt on the lower end of their scale. Understandably, the architecture lends itself to limitations, however, the décor, quality of maintenance and hospitality of staff is another. The exterior, in particular the stair case was in need of serious mending. Here, the rooms were clean and well kept, however, the staff, in particular the 2nd shift attendant. she could not be bothered that a patron was checking in. In fact, it was as though I was interrupting here computer scanning time. The A.M. shift, early out was not much variant. Was that even a breakfast option??? In short, not a come-back....pass by this place. Happy Motoring!

Reviews had this place rated excellent, not in my opinion. The decor is out of date and the room wasn't clean other than the high points. Other than the walk way in the room the floor was dirty and had stains on the blanket as well. The breakfast didn't have butter for the waffles and not much to choose from. The clerk was still dressed in pj's at 8:30 when we checked out, not very professional in my opinion. The room was supposed to be non smoking, but smelled like it had been a smoking room recently. The furniture had burn holes in the seat and burn holes in the floor, which confirmed my idea. If you are going to use a room for non smoking it should be non smoking all the time, not when it's convenient.
