I've stayed here a few times, and it's pretty good overall. Bathrooms could be a little cleaner. We had a 3 guests in one suite on our last visit a year ago, but they forgot to bring sheets/bedding for the extra bed. We had to go get them. Breakfast is good overall. When we first started staying here a few years ago it was much bigger, better, and fresher. They seem to have cut a few corners on the breakfast. But really, you can't beat the price, and the location is perfect for our needs.

Stay by a few days there, and I really appreciate the hotel. Arrived at night, alone, and even the parking area being separated (something like 300m away), the attendant stay in the corner, watching for me, going and turning back. Very kind. The place is good, the rooms are organized and cleaned, the bed is very comfortable, the shower delicious :-) and the room service is very well done. The breakfast have many good options of bread, fruits, eggs. The swimming pool area is located at 9th floor, as the small gym, where you can get a beautiful view from the neighborhood, but as it's not a touristic hotel (I think is much more executive one), there's none employee taking care. The only negative point is about acoustic x outside noises. From the streets you have only silence ;-) but from the corridor... You can hear everything/everyone. If you don't have problems to sleep, like me, it's OK :-D Good place, I recommend!

Old, uncomfortable and DIRTY room with terrible service. My room was clearly dirty, which I could notice from the stains on the towels, floors and sheets. TV was not working at all. Restroom was smelling of urine. I tried to ask for another room with the reception with no result, as the city was helding an event. All other hotels I tried to make a reservation were crowded, so I HAD to spend the night there.

No quarto da minha mãe - idosa- haviam 3 degraus para chegar ao box do banho e não existia nenhum apoio para segurar, o funcionário do hotel se recusou a chamar um táxi e tive problemas desde a entrada com a gerente. Ademais, o café da manhã tem pouquíssimas opções, frutas mesmo só tinha 2. O Wi-Fi do hotel é de excelente qualidade.

Me hospedei somente um dia, mas a experiência foi ótima. Quarto bem amplo, com 3 camas tamanho viúva. Frigobar, cofre e banheiro bem amplo. Única coisa ruim é que não tinha canal infantil na TV, pra quem tem filho pequeno como eu dificulta um pouco. Café da manhã bem gostoso, diversas opções. Estacionamento é no mesmo quarteirão, bem pertinho. Recomendo
