Hotel sencillo pero muy correcto

Es sencillo, pero muy correcto y todo muy limpio. No hay ascensor. Hay wifi gratuito y sala fitness. Parking gratuito. Las habitaciones son suficientemente amplias. con cama Queen size. No hay nevera ni microondas. TV pantalla plana. Es limpio y cómodo, y el staff es muy atento y amable. El desayuno es justito y el pan estaba medio congelado. Hotel tranquilo, limpio y agradable, aunque sin grandes comodidades. En todo caso repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

We stayed at many hotels throughout the country and the gentleman working at the front desk was the best we’ve ever encountered. His name is Merky When in the twin cities we will definitely stay here😀 The cleanliness of the room was wonderful and the quietness was amazing! Keep up the good work😁

Wouldn’t recommend as customer service is terrible

The stay was fine, but customer service was absolutely sub-par. David, the person I spoke with in the phone was very rude and threatened to charge (my company) for night that our employee did not stay at the hotel. We will not be booking our employees at Ramada again.

Ramada always goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is worth every penny spend especially this location. Only problem I had is the $100 charge which is reimbursed as long as you don't trash the room via rockstar style parties which my Wyndham Rewards card wouldn't accept but other than that clean room, friendly and professional staff and a breakfast I look forward to waking up to. This is always my spot to stay when I'm in the Minneapolis area

nice hotel and amenities. cozy and clean, no fast food delivery close by after 12am but a restaurant is next door and taco bell & a-lot of other places to go. quiet area with off street parking in the back
