This hotel is filthy dirty, broken and worn out. I understand it’s a low-end brand but that’s no excuse for filthy carpeting covered in stains, paint peeling off ceilings, broken shower head, broken shampoo dispensers, bed missing covers, lumpy mattress, disgusting pillows (I didn’t use the pillows), I could go on and on. Don’t stay here this is a total filthy slum - dump! Pitiful. Shameful.

Very Poor management. Staff Can’t seem to get anything straight and don’t care enough to try. Manager AWOL. Very frustrating for even an easy going guest. Breakfast person works hard. Run from this place.
Revolting! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Our family stayed here for 2 nights in November 2020. This is the most disgusting dump, we have ever stayed in. To begin with they are NOT following any of the COVID-19 rules in place. They have signs all over the hotel, stating "face coverings must be worn" and only 1 person or a group of 3 (such as family members) are only allowed in elevator at a time. NONE of these rules were followed by their employees. When we checked in, the front desk attendant had her face mask down. When the cleaning crew was walking the halls and going into rooms, some employees either had just there mouths covered or had there masks under there chins. Twice, employees tried to get on the elevator with me and I told them to follow the hotel policies they had posted. I'm astonished how many guests check-in with not wearing a face covering over there noses and the employees just let them check-in and said NOTHING. To make the situation worse, for 2 days the hand sanitizer pumps at the main elevator and the downstairs bathroom never had hand sanitizer in them. WORST HOTEL EVER! GET WITH THE PROGRAM AND FOLLOW YOUR OWN HOTEL POLICIES! Yes, I did approach the female employee at check-in and told her to tell guests to where face-covering. Her response to me was to "calm down". Really? I won't even get into how gross the rooms are. Outdated and scum around the border of the bathtubs. IHG needs to delete this property from their portfolio of hotels.

Great hotel but always check directly with the hotel first. This isn’t the first time TA has been wrong about this issue. Clean and secure with great staff all around. To repeat, this is not a pet friendly hotel

The rooms are a very good size for the cost. Staff was very nice and helpful and provided excellent service. I would recommended Irish Inn for anyone who is traveling to the area and needs a nice place to stay
