Hotel Azaleia is a family business property, where you are attended by the family itself, giving a personal touch to the stay. The property is very well preserved, clean and silent. Although some rooms face the road, traffic noise is not a problem. Internet connection is fast and reliable, breakfast is awesome, and there are several amusement options such as kid´s place, fireplace room, american bar, sunroof room, a lagoon with goose, and a nice garden in the backyard. Staff is friendly and willing to support any guest needs. Location is perfect around the main road but not in downtown, making easier to return to Porto Alegre.

I got a big room, totally renewed and found this hotel good in all aspects. Considering its structure, breakfast and staff prices are really good. You have to walk 1km to reach the first downtown stores, maybe the only negative point of this hotel. Breakfast is really great and staffs are outstanding.

Very nice place to stay in Gramado

I´ve been in Azaleia Hotel for one weekend with my family. The staff are very helpful and polite. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The whole hotel is equipped with climate control. so, don´t worry if is cold in Gramado, because the hotel has the necessary infrastructure. The breakfast is very delicious with a big variety of breads, cakes and other kinds of foods. Besides that, the appearance of the azaleia hotel is fantastic, it´s really very beautiful. Unfortunately, its website doesn´t show how this fantastic that place is.

We highly recommend this beautiful and quiet hotel!! Staying there we could enjoy not only a beautiful view from our nice and comfortable room, but also the friendly and warm attention from the all of the staff, even the owners of this hotel..very great people!! Breakfast was delicious!! we really spent nice days there.

Amamos o hotel, o zelo e carinho de cada um que nos atenderam. Equipe extraordinária do hotel Azaleia. Continuem assim, porque pessoas com tanta atenção e cuidado assim, é raro encontrar.
