More about the hotel
Nice place for families
Very good playground both in water and om land. Room OK. A bit far to walk to city for a family. Food could taste a lot more. We had some rely bad pastas. And also some good risotto and Paellas. No water to drink during nights.
Nice Bungalows
Really nice Bungalows close to yumbo with good Kitchenequipment. Self Catering ist possible, fridge has a small freezer build in. bread for breakfast is available at the supermarket right next door. We enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure!
Perfect for kids and adults.
I recommend this hotel 100%. It has all what we need. Bars, restaurants, swimming pools, kids swimming area. Etc. The bungalow was very clean and specious. The kitchen fully equipped. Nice leaving. Bathroom with bath. A very big and comfortable bed in separate room. Has parking just in front. Staff very friendly and English speaking. I spent few days with my daughter and we both loved. Very good price/quality ratio.
Excellent hotel: recommend to go all inclusive!!
Nothing but excellent!! So fortunate to have a mini 4 day all inclusive break before the UK was going into lockdown... The resort has about 100 bungalows on site, these bungalows are great for families/large groups. Very clean and comfortable beds. Hotel is well cleaned and well kept throughout the covid situation with masks being compulsory everywhere you go. Considering not many people due to covid, animación team were great at keeping people happy and entertained. In the afternoon there would be Zumba and aquaerobics classes. Only thing is for evening entertainment, it’s mainly kids club or bingo. There would be sellers in the pool for boat excursions selling one package for €60pp, when you could go to the beach and one seller would give you the excursion for €30pp. In terms of food, absolutely delicious with a wide variety! You could never go hungry with the all you can eat buffet. Typical Spanish food like paella was amazing! Churros for breakfast was a bonus as well. Staff were so pleasant and friendly, working hard all the time to keep guests happy. The complex had 2 pools from both sides of the resort. Jacuzzi was great 👍🏽 I enjoyed every minute of this resort, even the pool was better than the beach itself with amazing reggaeton music playing all the time 💃🏼 Thanks so much for a great holiday and will return at some point in the future, with love the Lithuanian/Polish family from England❤️
Bungalows for relaxing
The bungalow was very relaxing but very tired. The bathroom was very tired, it was very difficult to manouvere out of the bath/shower due to the bidet being in the way. I struggled with brushing my teeth as the sink was enormous. Kids must have a tough time. We went half board but the does and don'ts were not explained to us and we had to pay £7.40 for 3 half glasses of "sprite " and beer that was not included. The waitress took great pleasure in humiliating us in the restaurant as she pointed it out to us, in front of all other diners. We then went to pay the manager, who was not there, so we walked around to find him only to have the waitress and the manager coming after us, as if we were running away, shouting "Familia"! Thank you for that embarrassing moment as well. We did enjoy the weather and the sun, but the monotonous meals were disappointing. We have 2 vegetarians, which is on the rise in the entire world, except on holiday. We had to ask each night for a vegetarian protein meal. Breakfast was disappointing. Their Covid prevention measures was commendable. We do thank and commend the domestic staff on their professionalism.
