This place says it's "updating" but it's not happening quickly. Old, outdated rooms...the pool area is ridiculously large, and everything seems a bit trashy. They give you 2 free drinks for happy hour every night in a very lame "bar"... Makes me wonder where their priorities are...

We did a one-night stay for a business trip. Was hoping to use the hot tub after a long day, but the pool was down, and all the kids were in the hot tub. Just a suggestion, I love a hotel that has a later, kid free time for the pool area! Really appreciated the free happy hour drinks! Didn't use them both but watched a bit of the Packer game on the big screen and relaxed. Place was very busy. I don't know what people were talking about noise wise? Heard very little noise and like I said, the place was packed!

Room ok, breakfast a joke

The room was nice. Outside looked a little run down. Inside was very nice. "Deluxe breakfast" was lacking to say the least it consisted of prepackaged danish and muffins that expired. And a small fridge with hardboiled eggs and sandwiches. Mostly what you would expect at your typical gas station. The room was decent and clean, we could hear the neighbors on both sides even though they weren't being loud or anything. Was given a couple of coupons for free drinks at the bar but we weren't around when the bar was open. The sign at the desk said they were remodeling, and there were obvious signs that work was being done but couldn't see where. In the back where our entrance was the sidewalk was in level so rather than fixing or replacing they just painted the trippable edges bright orange, which were difficult to see in the dark. BEST: The furnishings in the rooms WORST: The pretty much lack of breakfast

I chose this hotel for the pool and slide for my daughter. When we checked in front desk was extremely kind, got to our room to see a massive stain on the floor and the room stunk so bad. I called and asked to move rooms. They were kind and let me move rooms. My daughter loved the pool otherwise I would of not have stayed here. I looked at my bank account to see they charged me twice. I went to the desk and she explained they do a express check out and the charge will drop off in the morning. I waited 2 days its still on there. I called and finally got a call back from the extremely RUDE manager. I was a manager at a hotel for 8 years and never would of talked to a customer the way he did even if they were in the wrong. He tells me my card was charged once, now I work at the bank were my card is from, he told me to dispute it. I will never ever stay here again.

This hotel was a good choice; they are friendly at the desk and the service was good. Thery had a nice breakfast array of choices, including hot foods. The W-Fi was fast and the room was nice. I recommend this hotel for your stay, and it is only 10 minutes from the airport. Plus, there are gas stations and restaurants right near the hotel.
