My room had only one working light bulb when I got to the room. Two out of three bulbs worked in the bathroom. Very dated and cooling system and hotel in general very noisy. There are much better places to stay.

Stay If You Want Your 6 Year Old To Learn Swear Words

I stayed at the Super 8 Hotel in Grand Forks, ND on 2/28/20. I drove up there earlier than I originally planned and my Saturday hotel was booked. Our shower was so disgusting that I called the Ramada to see if I could check-in early there (we did and showered there instead). The cereal was stale, as it likely exposed to air for a good amount of time. The housekeeping was arguing with another staff member about the speed at which they were cleaning rooms/etc. and he stated "they can f@#%ing fire me. So you know, if he spent more time cleaning tubs, and less time teaching my child words through the walls, they would be golden. DON'T STAY HERE!

Tron Watson checked us in and was very helpful. He even told me where to get free popcorn in town! Very friendly! Rooms are outdated but clean and comfortable. Very good prices too. We have stayed before and will again.

I enjoyed my stay I was worried about getting to the airport and Tomeka white went out her way to help me get to the airport she ubered me there this young lady was so very helpful and nice she even helped me call cabs and uber but there was no uber available she came back just to get me to the airport she went above and beyond great customer service

Spent two nights and really have nothing negative to report! Michelle was fantastic at check in and happily helped and accommodated any way she could. The room was clean, heating unit worked great, bed/chairs were comfortable, tv was huge and had cool smart tv capabilities, wifi worked, and the showerhead was awesome. I mistakenly thought checkout was at noon so I wasn't ready to leave at 11am. Was told to take my time and not worry which was much appreciated. If you're looking for a basic motel with friendly staff, nice rooms and great rates this place is for you. *one thing to note, there is no elevator so if you have mobility issues simply request a first floor room*
