Doesn’t honor cancellation policy
I booked two rooms with free cancellation. Our travel plans changed and I canceled the day before, which was within the stated period. The person I spoke to on the phone said everything was good to go but the next day my card was charged for one room (which doesn’t even make sense) and the hotel is refusing to refund the charge. I’ve called several times and each time am told someone would look into it and call me back but never do. I book rooms online frequently and have never had this issue and am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism and lack of values of this hotel. Do not stay here.
Good value, clean.
Downtown hotel being renovated. Room was newly renovated, clean, very comfy bed, good A/C, fridge, micro, coffee maker. Plenty of ice. Free underground parking. No breakfast but none was promised. Good value.
Actually, zero stars would be accurate...
Horrible. Feels like a low income housing project under construction. Didn’t feel safe. Staff was barely friendly. No coffee except for in room coffee maker. Phone flashing and to get it to stop I would have had to go through 7 messages left from the previous guest. If I wasn’t so tired from driving the past 12 hours I would have just left. Just here to sleep (I hope). Linens looked and smelled clean. Microwave fridge and phone in room. No clock. WiFi seemed sketchy so I didn’t use it. Parking is in a garage below.

Very filthy establishment. Employees were rude and unprofessional. They charged my card twice. Charged my card without my consent. Totally illegal. Not pleased at all. Will be calling management every day until I get some answers.
Aged But Comfortable
Staff checking in was very polite and helpful. I made my reservation online and realized after I was done, I only got a queen bed instead of 2 queen beds. I called them up and they fixed my mistake. Great location if you want to be downtown. The room was on the 2nd floor and we had a partial view of the pool. The pool wasn't open while our visit. The parking garage is down below so be very careful if you have a higher profile vehicle. We noticed a liquid dripping out of a sewer like pipe from the ceiling of the parking garage. The garage is dirty and cramped.
