Especially when you check out. You might be in for a bit of surprise. I talked to two ladies at the front desk. One stated I'd get the same rate the rest of my extended stay. The other one said no you get a higher price and you have to pay that and there is nothing they can do. Will be booking from 3rd party from now on.

Room never cleaned from prior guests who had a dog. The bed was made despite dog hair throughout the sheets. The rest of the room was full of hair as well. They did change the sheets after complaining

Management really went above and beyond with customer service for us. Nina greeted us with a smile starting with check in and honestly saved me by taking on a personal issue I had. All employees were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were clean and requests for extra towels was fast. Booked for one night and added two additional nights. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great breakfast thank you Sally for going the extra mile and making our breakfast something we will not forget it was a blessing. Very nice rooms reasonable rates and the service was fantastic very friendly people praise the Lord for the opportunity to stay here.

Arrived 30 minutes before the check-in, was told to wait until the precise check-in time (and incidental shift change), waited another 30 minutes and was finally allowed to enjoy the awful breakfast, scruffy and disgusting rooms , terrible parking, useless housekeeping and poisonous coffee!
