Honestly you think if you’re paying $150-200/ night at a hotel that it would at least be clean but not this place. There was mold growing all over the windows. I shocked the shower head actually worked with as much corrosion it had on it. The bathtub had not been cleaned and looked as if someone peed all over the wall. The hair dryer was broken and a fire hazard. Breakfast was interesting. You could choose from egg that had brown pieces all in it and it was floating in water, you could have sausage jerky that I can only assume should have been a patty, a burnt biscuit or shelf item. Fruit loops would be the only choice of cereal or you could have a bagel with plain cream cheese. So we chose the last option, waffles. I’m certainly appalled that is spent $400 for 2 days a hard bed and a waffle.
Thumbs up his thanks for giving me a great visit and give my thanks to Mike!!

This hotel is incompetently run, multiple issues with rooms and keycards. Staff obviously didn't know how to tell time, as they closed the pool a half hour before stated time, AND they told other people that quiet hours started at 9, when the stated hours were 10. Pool roof looked like it was about to collapse. Security is not a high priority for these people, even though it is very close to the casino.
Worst hotel I've experienced!

Sheila Land, the General Manager is rude, nasty and very unprofessional. The carpet in the room was dirty and my socks turned black after walking on it. Don't even think about arriving before 3:00 as Sheila won't let you check in unless you pay an extra fee. The only good thing was the breakfast was decent.
A wonderful, complete hot breakfast with biscuits-n-gravy, scrambled eggs, meat and waffles!

First and foremost: Ignore all the negative reviews you read. These are nothing but blather from a bunch of losers and whiners, who hope to gain a free night's stay from their moaning and groaning. A fine establishment on the main road just across the border from Kentucky and six miles from the Anwers-in-Genesis Creation Museum. Our room was quite comfy and the front desk rep, Shannen, was very helpful with our check-in with multiple rooms. There were no issues with booking through a third-party website. Will return to Lawrenceburg, if only for another great evening at Strong's Brick Oven Pizza, which should be a priority during your stay, if you enjoy driving to a historic downtown district. Be mindful that during the weekends, this hotel will not permit check-out later than 11:00a.m..
