Packages get stolen

I understand that things happen. Corporates response was pretty much, "go kick rocks". I stayed 2 months, due to a job at the hospital. Several packages were "lost". My son had a birthday and my sister sent gifts. The first, Ashley was unable to find, until I insisted she turn the place upside-down. She eventually found it, when she now had a line of guests. The package was torn open, revealing a video game system.
Another time my paycheck was delivered, via FedEx. No call to the room. That also had to be located. Don't they have an area or bin, for the guests deliveries?
Walmart delivered a video game to the front desk. It never made it to us as did another package, that the USPS, had to open an investigation.
Corporate said management would reach out to me, they never did. Not once.
Room is very humid, at least the dehumidifier that I ordered, made it to me.
Lots of other choices in the area. I'd avoid this one, as management and corporate are useless.

I’ve visited Greenville 5 times in 12 months and have gone to other hotels. Found Candlewood (commons dr) and chose it for the price, ratings, and gym. It’s my new favorite hotel in Greenville NC.
Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful, clean room,gym, and hotel. Free washer/dryer which came in handy this weekend. Comfortable room with kitchen, study table, and comfortable extra seating.
I’ll be back!
Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s the perfect place to stay while visiting ECU with a prospective student. The suite with a bedroom and an extra room with a pullout couch is perfect for visiting the campus.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The people who staff the front desk are wonderful.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us with our blind dog that was mentioned when making the reservation but the hotel was not informed. The room was clean and spacious. I would definitely go back.

Unpleasant stay. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Don’t believe great reviews on their website. Room had an unpleasant odor. Bed so so. Shower very low pressure. Heater made a terrible noise.
Other problems. Hotel manager unresponsive. Another customer I talked too had a negative experience also during their stay.
