Rooms are gross and outdated, noise level was insane (no sleep), staff was very unhelpful and rude. Bums are EVERYWHERE. Did not feel safe, clean or get a good night sleep. The only good thing about our stay was leaving.

Came up to Oregon while the mask mandate wasn’t in full effect. It was a fun experience. The hotel staff did a good job with keeping things clean and offering hand sanitizer. Parking lot and other parts of property weren’t the cleanest, but you can only expect so much. Room was smoke free, although it did smell like some of the air conditioner was bringing in funny smelling air.
Great place great staff great breakfast

I booked this Hotel on 11/18 checking out on 11/22 and stayed Wed, Thurs and left Friday night after my experience with the front desk. First, I am a platinum member with Wyndham and a lifetime platinum member with Marriott with almost 1000 days booked through Marriott and probably 100+ with Wyndham. I only bring this up because in those 1000+ days of stay at various hotels - I've never experienced anything like this before. My wife and my sister booked a 2 Queen Bed - suite room for 4 and checked in on Wednesday afternoon. We stayed here because it's 1 block away from my sisters house who we are visiting because she is sick. We should have known better because there are drugs in the area (and I think the staff at the Hotel might participate in this as well). Around 11 PM on Friday night my sister walked from my sisters home to the hotel and her wallet was upstairs in the room so she knocked on the door so the guy at the front desk would let her in. Unfortunately he refused to let her in because she didn't have a key or id so she asked if he would call up to the room - I was sleeping but there. He refused to call up to the room. My sister then called from her cell phone and asked if I could come down and let this guy know she was a guest there. I got dressed and came down and told him she was and let her in (the door was in close quarters to the lobby) and he started screaming and cursing at us. I told him she's been here for 3 days - showed him my key card and id and then asked if she can go upstairs and get her id? He then said I would have to do it...I then became upset myself and said to either let us go to bed (we weren't causing any problems - but he was) or check us out of the hotel. He checked us out...I was shocked. At some point another gentleman showed up (must have been the manager) and my sister called me from outside and said that gentleman knows her - she had seen him for 3 days during breakfast. I mentioned that while going back and forth to our rental vehicle packing up our stuff and he said he never seen her. The whole scene was very shady - I believe they are using drugs or are so paranoid they don't know a good guest from a bad one anymore. Regardless of that - the whole scene should have halted when I walked downstairs - showed id and my key card and said yes she is a guest. At this point it was close to mid-night and it took us an hour to find another room (near the airport) but at least we got away from this drug roach motel...they also charged me for all 4 nights even though they checked me out after 2 nights. They did say they would not charge for Saturday when I checked out but they did. I have a complaint into Corporate for both issues. Do not stay here - I thought it would be safe and convenient but it ended up being neither and unfortunately the danger and inconvenience came from the hotel staff directly.
