Watch your belongings

Reviewed 25 november, 2021

Hi just a word of advice try to avoid this place but if you decide to stay watch your belongings check everything before you leave because if not it’s game over… we forgot 2 expensive jackets and called them couple hours later when we found out we had left them behind thinking they would tell us they had them saved for us but we were told they didn’t see anything and we were lying. Told them to go through the cameras and were never showed anything . So please avoid these rats 🐀 whoever got them must of really needed the help , good for them. Just trying to keep you guys informed. 👍🏼

Beautiful room!

Reviewed 19 july, 2021

We reserved a jacuzzi room for one night and had a very enjoyable stay. Everything was very clean, the jacuzzi worked great, and the room had big windows that looked out onto two main avenues and a park. We turned the couch around to relax and watch people going to and fro and admire the city lights. We were pleasantly surprised how quiet the room was, even through there was constant traffic just outside. Room service was quick, and check-in and check-out seamless. We will definitely be back!

Nice!!!

Reviewed 30 september, 2020

Stayed here for one week in September 2020, in a Jacuzzi suite. We found the hotel to be a wonderful place to stay..... Location on a busy street was not a problem for noise. Short walk to Centro Historico, and a quick Uber to everywhere else we went. Room was large, clean and well appointed. Jacuzzi worked well. Cleaning staff were very nice. Due to COVID, the protocols were well explained and the hotel was efficient in handling people coming in and out. Front desk staff were friendly. The Bar/Restaurant was quiet, great service, food was not the greatest but it was not bad.... I give it a 6.5 to 7 All in all... highly recommend this hotel.... price is competitive with other places.

Terrible

Wifi was apparently out “everywhere” except the lobby and in front of the building. When I asked to be switched to room with WiFi I was met with an attitude and indifference so I left and went to a different hotel. The front desk woman was rude, ignorant, and made a have a good evening comment as I walked out the door. Tomorrow I am going to return and ask them not to charge my credit card for the room. The doorman was the most pleasant person there by far. The rest were pompous clownS

Best Hotel in Guadalajara

Reviewed 30 december, 2019

Best hotel hands down. The building itself is modern and sparkling clean. The service is top notch. It is conveniently located between the historical center and Avenida Chapultepec (nightlife strip). Best way of transportation is uber. It is a 10 minute walk to the main cathedral. Affordable! I hope they don’t raise the price. You won’t be disappointed. Parking is available if needed.
