The stay was very pleasant and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We are a family of 5 and we had 1 en suite double room and a room with 3 separate beds. We stayed from Monday to Saturday before we went back to London where we live. We had standard rooms which were fine for a short stay and we didn't upgrade them for rooms with seaviews. I would advise to bring an iron for your clothes because the hotel doesn't provide one for the guests. We got a discount for the 6 day stay because it was low season but I would advise to call the hotel directly instead of booking.com to get a good price. For the discounted price I paid I think it was a very good choice for us! It was a nice surprise. The hotel amenities were good especially the pool area but the side elevation of the hotel via Rua Peru (which the main entrance is located) needs repainting, although to be fair to them they were doing a lot of re varnishing of the hotel timber structure ready for summer 2002-2003 I guess. The rooms were cleaned very well every day. We enjoyed the breakfast everyday which was nice and a great coffee! We also ordered food in the evenings in the pool area which was nice too. I would recommend this hotel.

Very near Enseada beach in Guarujá, next to the famous Casa Grande hotel. Room was spacious and the whole Family stayed in the same room, me, my wife and 2 children. Best feature is the proximity to the lovely Enseada beach. Staff was nice and the place is clean. Down sides: the breakfast is poor, with little variety. The ar conditioning has no remote control and needs a needle or similar to turn on. Overall we had a nice stay.

I stayed there with my husband just for one night this may. Overall it was ok, mostly because of the cost and excellent location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms itself are simple, but nothing special, I'd say. I'd recommend for a short stay.

pesquisei opções frente mar no guaruja e encontrei esse hotel paguei o absurdo de R$ 795,00 por uma diaria de domingo para segunda esperando que seria algo agradavel , o quarto escolhido foi o vista lateral mar, so que infelizmente me senti enganada em varios aspectos, O hotel nao tem elevador, os quartos sao minusculos demais, a varanda lateral mar so se ve o mar de binoculos, o atendimento na piscina voce precisa ter paciencia de esperar aparecer alguem para pedir uma bebida e ainda assim a pessoa mal humorada como se nao quisesse estar la, cafe da manha o salao tem tres mesas grandes com 06 cadeiras onde tinha cada uma sentado um casal e ai nao tem como vc compartilhar com estranhos a forma de sentar é la fora bem longe do buffet de cafe, o chuveiro do quarto é uma piada ele no meio nao sai agua a porta do quarto so fechava se trancasse porque ela tava emperrada. no banheiro nao tem toalha de rosto vc enxuga o rosto com a que vc tomou banho, Nunca esse hotel vale 795,00 reais por dia, nao vale nem 300,00 , para finalizar o acesso a praia nao é na frente vc tem que entrar em uma rua lateral e andar ate a entrada principal ao inves de oferecer uma entrada na area da piscina enfrente a praia, Precisam melhorar muito!

Espaço muito bom, limpo café da manhã ótimo área de piscina aconchegante, quartos era pequenos mas bem organizado, atendimento bom, funcionários atenciosos estacionamento próximo e localização ótima de frente para praia
