Nos hospedamos una noche en el hotel, nos dejaron hacer un early check in y late check out para tener mas tiempo de visitar a la familia, las habitaciones se ven muy antiguas y tienen un olor extraño y la alfombra se ve ya muy gastada. El personal amable pero las instalaciones no estan en optimas condiciones.
Cruisin the Coast
Close to Several restaurants in walking distance. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. We can't wait to go back. Thanks, for an awesome stay there this past week!! Y'all are the best!! The room was big and bed was comfy.
Will it be better when the Covid excuse is gone?
The good: Excellent location. Very nice run along the beach. Hotel is standard Marriott fare so is pretty. The bad: Covid excuse for EVERYTHING. No in room coffee pot, drinking glasses, or microwave. No maid service. No restaurant or bar. *minor peeve: they were out of the lemon sage lotion I like so well.* The ugly: Staff would not even try to help me use a certificate to extend my stay a night. Said it was an on-line transaction only. Ok, I’m not platinum any more, but can ya at least make it look like you want to help? I haven’t travelled around any this year, so do not know if the Covid excuse is standard across the industry, the chain, or just this location. I feel like it is just an excuse to reduce staff and make more money, because the rates are no cheaper. We decided not to stay the extra night and are staying at The Inn in Ocean Springs. Looking forward the atmosphere on Government Street!
Good location, but the positive ends there
Sadly, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The cleanliness of the room was a huge issue..it was not up to normal standards even without a worldwide pandemic. I’m sure it is a popular hotel because of its location, but I wish we had stayed somewhere else.
Stay Away from this Marriott
This is by far the worst Marriott that I have ever stayed at. No one cleaned our room the entire time to include emptying the garbage. My husband was told that the rooms are only cleaned upon departure. He had to ask for clean towels and clean sheets. Both were dropped in our room but we had to make our own bed. If I wanted to make my own bed, I would have stayed at home. If those are Marriott rules due to COVID, publish this on your website.
