Hotel con preciosas vistas , excelentes instalaciones e increíble piscina infinity pero que todo eso pierde importancia cuando el Personal es tan desagradable y poco colaborativo El desayuno es 100% vietnamita sin opciones europeas. En el restaurante no te ayudan nada los camareros y en recepción apenas hablan inglés Una pena porque podría ser un hotel genial si cambiaran un poco su política de trato al cliente

Superb Hotel, marvelous rooftop pool

The Hotel is great, luxurious and very clean and comfortable. Good food and services. Perhaps for some far from overcrowded and far to noisy Ha Long central city, leisure parc’s and extreme noisy beaches. But that’s what we liked most, quite, nearly no sounds or noises. We had a inconvenient, which was solved on a superb way, full focus on the guest/client.

Really nice hotel, Beds are nice and clean, soft, The room has a working table, the table has leather cover on it so your phone or tablet won’t get scratched Views are fantastic, you can see the sea. The Pools is cool and the view is great, you have to ask the employees the way to the rooftop Everything is nice and clean The toilet has shower and bath tub There is music in the hall way Worth your money !!!

Seems like a super-nice hotel when arriving. The rooms are nice, big bed. Nice pool at the top floor. We ordered some food, but we didnt get it at the same time, one of us where able to eat up our food, before the other one got theirs. Lots of work(noise) going on in the hotel. At one time it where somewhere around 10 people working on the top floor resturant, but i still wasent able to get another beer, because they where to busy talking and not doing anything. The only elevator going to the top floor is a service elevator which is always in use by staff, so you have to wait forever. I wasent allowed to drink a beer by the pool, but some people where allowed to bring a cat?!?! to the pool! I asked the staff about this, they just laughed. If you take something from the minibar, they will not refill it. And last, if you do not speak vietnamese/chinese, do not live here, because they have one or maybe 2 people speaking english!

This hotel located near by the beach and has the view direct to the ocean, new build, everything was well decorated. Staff has not trained well so they don’t know how to serve the guests properly. I went up to the bar and ask for the table and the waiter told me all the table has been reserved, I was about to leave and the guy went out and give me a table within 10 sec. Overall this hotel is very well located, good view however staff need to be trained before they out on the floor.
