Un lugar muy agradable y muy limpio. La atención ha sido buena. Las habitaciones espaciosas, la ducha fenomenal, con buena presión y temperatura ideal. Piscina adecuada y muy limpia, con jacuzzi, abierta hasta medianoche.

Young girl was very impersonal upon check in. Our first floor room, 104 had
the smell of wet dog as soon as we opened the door. Went to open the window but had to kill several bugs first.
After opening it several more found their way in despite having a good fitting screen. Thought maybe an upper floor room away from the bushes in front of the window would help. Went to the front desk to tell her about the bug issue and asked if an upper room was available. She said all the upper rooms were only for pilots. Didn't realize Hailey had so many pilots to fill two full floors of this one of several hotels in town. She also said with her uncaring attitude that she didn't think and upper floor would help with all the bugs in Idaho. We had to gat a bottle of Febreze fabric freshener to spray the carpet and the air conditioner filters. We have stayed at Wyndham properties before with all good experiences. Will rethink staying at a Wyndham property now. 1/2 star.
Very nice and clean room

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights this past 7 days. Room was nice and clean. We were on the 2nd floor and was very easily accessible from the elevator. The hot breakfast includes either a sausage, egg and biscuit sandwich or a Canadian bacon, egg and English muffin sandwich. You also have a choice of cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, toast, bagels, fresh fruit, juice, waffles, and coffee. Breakfast is from 7-10 each morning. We would definitely stay here again. Place is nice and quiet. The hotel staff does NOT clean your room on a daily basis due to covid-19. We were totally OK with that. Just an FYI. If you needed extra towels, etc. - just ask at the front desk.
Disorganized! Needs some attention!

This was the first time we stayed here. Normally we stay at a Best Western but we were able to get cheaper room here.
Jacuzzi suites and a jacuzzi that fills quickly.
Plenty of hot water
Powerful shower head
*Issues that need attention. A lot of disorganization going on!
-Fan in bathroom is falling off the ceiling.
-Jets in the tub-Only 2 of the 6 jets work properly.
-Toilet seat- Needs a new one
-Room not cleaned by house keeping. Went to front desk that event about the problem. Front desk told us we should have requested room service that morning before we left. However, they do not give you an information flyer when you check in. And there’s not a 3 ring binder/information in your room about housekeeping, pool, hot tub, breakfast times, pet area, local nearby restaurants etc.
-Front desk staff need to be trained in customer service! The front desk girl was no help to other guests requesting local nearby restaurants. Told the guest to drive to sun valley for upscale dining because there was really nothing available in Hailey.?
-Only 1 luggage cart for the entire hotel!
-We called the front desk multiple times with questions (questions that could of simply answered if there was an information binder in our room) and never could get anyone to answer.
-Our king mattress was very hard. If you have back problems you might want to look for another hotel.
-The sheets in the bed are very rough. Feels like sandpaper.
-Exit side door (by the pet area) key cards don’t work to get back in

Take the stairs if you are in the rooms directly above checkin. If you take a luggage cart you will end up unloading the cart and carrying your luggage part way to your room anyway. Otherwise, a very nice property, clean, quiet, inviting.
