Amazing anniversary

Very personalized reception greeting. Beautiful decor, wine, and cake set up in our room. My wife had a flower arrangement as well. Everyone called us by name. We were given special treats at breakfast and the restaurant manager greeted us with style. This was our 4th stay this year. This hotel could become your home away from home. It is pricey but you just can not compare with other hotels in HZ.

Amazing location and excellent service

We stayed at the FS Hangzhou for 4 glorious nights and enjoyed our stay tremendously. The location is amazing just s short stroll from the infamous west lake which was glorious in the summer. The service at FS was excellent and exceeded expectations. The team also set up wonderful sightseeing tours for us to the tea plantation and pagoda which was well worth the trip. The rooms at FS are a tad bit tired and in need of a renovation which I understand is on the plans. It was also a pity that the outdoor pool was no longer available to use. The Chinese restaurant is a must try and the food just divine. We had an excellent stay and will definitely be back again soon. Special mention to Maggie and her team for making us feel so welcome.

It's our second time to visit the hotel. The experience was good for first time and it is now fabulous for second visit. Thank you Maggie, Eileen, Yellow and James. Specially thanks Maggie and Eileen for their very professional and detail minded service. It's very nice to speak with Eileen to share the dining experience of different hotels and restaurants. And based on her recommendation, we would back again on end Sept. Look forward for it.

It is the second time I choose my birthday trip to stay in this Four Seasons Hotel. Thanks for their friendly staffs gave me a wonderful and excellent experience no matter for the check in, the room service or the dinning. I really love the oriental style and Chinese architecture for the hotel. JinSha is one of my favorite restaurants in Hangzhou. I must go there for dinning at least once for my past Hangzhou trips. I love the tea time in Bistro too. Style of dishes are improved compared with last year. The Wide variety dishes and cuisines made me feel surprise. We came across a nice girl named Elaine who work there, and she always has fantastic ideas and recommendations for us during our tea time about our short trip in Hangzhou. She takes one step ahead and knows customers’ needs and instantly provide those perfect ideas. Like friend’s recommend, she treats me not just the relationship between hotel restaurant staff and customer. She is really impressed me. It does not mean that other staffs are in average performance. I remember a boy named Yellow and the other girl work in concierge. They are perfect and good staff, sorry about my mind I always forget names. They have recommended to have a tirp in Hangzhou during the end of September and October if we have time as there are full of Osmanthus during that period. Hope we can arrange the time and come back to Four Seasons at Hangzhou West Lake during that period.

I'm a big fan of four seasons hotel.I traveled a lot of city,if there is four seasons,i will not hesitate to choose four seasons.BUT this time,in west lake four seasons hotel,I found that this is a fantastic journey that beyond my exception!!!I want to mention 2 ppl who really did a great job Steven and April.They present a little warm gift for me which is really swtteeee!And when I have dinner in JINSHA,steven come to serve me good dishes.I want to thank steven a lot!!!THANKS A LOT!
