El hotel está bien ubicado, centro de Hannover muy cerca de la estación Central. El cuarto es muy oscuro, en las mañanas se escucha el ruido externo del personal de limpieza, pero lo que me pareció inconcebible fue que no tuviera la capacidad de tener agua caliente porque el Hotel estaba lleno, estamos hablando de febrero cuando la temperatura amanece -10 grados Celsius. Lo único bueno, la atención, bebida de cortesía y el desayuno que es buffet.

How this basic grimy hotel ever got three starts is beyond me The service was absolutely terrible, the service is not evident and the room was filthy with hairs in the sink, on the pillow and dirty sheets If you don’t book direct with the hotel you get the worst rooms. The rooms are noisy, stink of smoke or something worse. Spending €85 euros on this dump was the worst decision I’ve ever made

This hotel offers good value for money. The room was clean and reasonably sized. Breakfast was no big deal, though. The hotel bar is really great and well visited in the evening. Also from people who are not staying in the hotel. Parking is NOT at the hotel but a public basement nearby.

The hotel was nice enough. I had to stay for two weeks which maybe made it more difficult. Breakfast was nice. No dinner options. I had to take my own luggage to my room and that wouldn’t normally bother me but there were two at reception and I had to large suitcases and two carry on bags and a back pack as I was moving to Hannover for 3 months. The room was nice but often I had to start late at work and my room wouldn’t get made up because the staff finished and no one could possibly do up the room in the hotel. Very basic. I wouldn’t give it the star ratings that it has. No restaurant on site either. It’s an ok hotel.

Stayed for a weekend with family and a dog. Hotel very clean, modern and tidy. Great location however no allocated parking so had to drive around the city to find one as ladies at the reception couldn't speak English well. Customer service not very nice , rude at times when asked for support. Overall value for money, good for short stay.
