No more Buffet now all al a carte
Hotel Du Parc has been known to me since it took over from Nikko Hotel, a couple of years ago. I was there in June, when they served a special Seafood Buffet every Sat night. Unfortunately, due to Covid, no more buffet but the Al a Carte is very interesting and good value. Freshly cooked food to order at a reasonable price.
Door bell Gentleman, Nam
I just can not say enough for this hotel..It was our first experience in Vietnaml and the hotel, food and their employees are outstanding. I am thinking of a gentleman at the door, Nam who was full of smiles, welcome attitude and when he found out we were afraid to cross the street with so many scooters he graciously got someone to take his position at the door and helped us walk across the street! We were very pleased with him and I do hope he will be there to help others along the way !
We had a happy stay at this hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. Hotel staff is friendly and attentive. High quality buffet breakfast with different choices: Western, Japanese, Vietnamese. I really like bread and pastry. They were so yummy. However, not many restaurants and cafe are near the hotel. A few taxi are available in front of the hotel. It is convenient (5 mins ride) to go to popular tourist attractions or restaurants in Hoan Kiem.
I use this hotel every month. Recommend this hotel. Especially for Japanese people. Because there are Japanese staff at this hotel and there are many Vietnamese staff who can speak Japanese. The hotel staff is also attentive. The rooms are comfortable with a reasonable size. Both the room and the bathroom have a feeling of cleanliness. Breakfast is also buffet style and the number of items is substantial. The location of the hotel is also convenient for Hanoi city sightseeing near Hanoi railway station. There is a Japanese supermarket just across the street, open until 22:00, so you can buy snacks and drinks. Only one thing, if there is a pick-up service from the airport and to the airport, would be perfect.
Great hotel. Lives up to expectation!
Very good hotel for anyone to stay in. The rooms are immaculate and the staff are very helpful. The only negative would be the lack of affordable street food around the hotel. Ones that we did find were challenging to get to with the traffic.
