Would definitely stay again!!

The staff here consists of some of the most understanding and helpful people I’ve ever encountered. They went far and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, pleasurable, and worry free. The rooms are very similar to apartments with plenty of space and a ton of amenities, including a functional kitchen. The grounds are clean and the environment is very calm and quiet. I would highly recommend anyone stay here if in the area for business or pleasure!

Perfect place to stay after our house was sold.

We stayed 3 ½ weeks at the Dulles Airport Sonesta ES Suites between permanent homes. This place was perfect! The staff were amazing, made us feel like family. Great breakfasts in the morning, free use of laundry facilities, outdoor gas grill and picnic tables, close to restaurants. The kitchen area of our room was very well stocked with cookware, glasses, utensils, and even covered containers. Very reasonable prices. No negatives.

No proper cleaning service
Reviewed 6 september, 2022
The cleaners not coming to pick up trash and for weekly cleaning service unless I call them and ask for 2-3 times. The front door key card doesn’t work properly. The kitchen sink and toilet has sewage water leaking. The toilet always smells bad. No matter how many times I tell them it still smells bad. Always smells bad.

Solid dog friendly suites in Herndon
Reviewed 13 august, 2022
Our family makes this our base for Northern Virginia weekend visits. It's usually a bit more affordable than other two bedroom suites in Herndon. Outdoor common areas are well shaded, with plenty of grassy areas to walk a dog. Walking paths are nearby with access through the townhouse development to the west. Giant and CVS are in a shopping center about a mile away. The suites themselves are clean and well maintained. Kitchen area is adequate with a full size fridge and microwave, plus built in range top burners. No oven. Bedrooms are good size with separate closet spaces. Bathrooms are clean with enough towels, shampoo, etc. Breakfast has suffered a bit from COVID restrictions; no more fresh fruit, mainly packaged breads, yogurt, hard boiled egg, plus one cooked item that rotates daily.

As hotels go, it was faraway enough from the Beltway proper

The parking lot is a bit tight, but not a big deal. Overall, I enjoyed my time there, it was in a residential area that's getting built up because the amount of peoples from literally everywhere; I was surprised not to see visiting Penguin tourists from Antartica after a while. Sonesta ES is clearly meant for people in transit that are there for a few months here or even a few weeks. The rooms were clean, cool, and comfortable. I was a little sad the pool was closed because of COVID. I'm a bit of a traveler, and I got a kick out getting to share and swap stories about the my most recent experiences traveling with one of the clerks, or agents, Leen al-Sharabi. Nice lady. All the staff were polite and personable. All told, it was very quiet and mostly, out of the way; which is the way I like it.
