We stayed at this hotel with a wedding group. All of the staff we came in contact with were friendly and professional. Our room was clean and comfortable. I would certainly return to this hotel and highly recommend

Hyatt Regency is considered a moderately upscale hotel, yet this stay did not justify the expense. Early check-in online did nothing to expedite the room availability. We waited until almost 5 before getting access to a room (had to change room types as well). Room felt like it had been pieced together with glue (broken/damaged picture frames, no hot water in the shower, dirty stained mirrors). Hell even the room number was written in marker. For almost $200 a night I would anticipate at least some sort of quality. We only stayed one night for an event so it was just a place to crash, but I would have chosen a different hotel if I would have known.

No hot water, no breakfast and less you go to the store and buy it

Staff was great and so was housekeeper but with no hot water and not much of a food selection, and TV having no single for over 2 hours I think staff should of sent an engineer within minutes not hours.

Wedding night? No one there cares.

I was really disappointed in my whole experience. I had brought 50 sleeping rooms to the this hotel for my wedding weekend, including a catered breakfast and revenue for the lounge. Nick Wilson did not offer me any hospitality or upgrades and was not grateful for any of my business. I asked for maybe a nice bottle of champagne to celebrate my wedding night and he flat out said, no sorry. Also the employee looking after my catered breakfast was extremely rude to my mother and I. He showed us the bill in front of my guests, which should have already been paid for and continued to speak loudly that gratuity was not included. The buffet had gray eggs and stale pastries. When I told the person in charge that I asked one of the servers to change out the eggs, he told me “well they do not speak English, you should have came to me” He did not check the buffet once. Extremely disappointed.

Dismal hotelRoute front desk staff

Rude front desk staff. No Bellman or doorman to help guess. No luggage racks available. Room had shredded shears. Showerhead was from the previous century. Post wedding brunch had great green eggs that were cold, congealed and disgusting. Noisy halls. Room rug was worn. Housekeeping staff was excellent.
