It’s hard to get a cup of coffee!
Reviewed 6 august, 2021
All for a cup of coffee! I discovered there were no cups in the room so went to the desk for one, and that’s when I learned the coffee machine in the room didn’t work. Fortunately it was almost breakfast time so the “always available” (which isn’t) machine had coffee. Breakfast was dismal… a burrito only, no plates, no forks. At least there was a spoon for the yogurt. The desk personnel were all very nice.
RAIL ROAD WORKERS CHOICE , SHOULDNT BE YOURS !
Reviewed 4 august, 2021
It was very clear to us when we checked in that this is the hotel the rail road workers are using doing their long shifts. They were held up in the lobby waiting to be transferred out to the rail yards. They provide you with free earplugs as the rail line is very close. We were here only for one night but the noise of the banging doors from workers in and out was disturbing ! The room was clean and bed comfortable enough. They do allow pets . There are no elevators so lugging bags upstairs can be a hassle . They should put up the rail workers in one building only and allow the other travelers a good nights rest !

This is an affordable, clean, comfortable hotel. It had a microwave and refrigerator which were essential to us. Breakfast was carryout sausage or ham biscuit with egg, oatmeal, and granola bars. Front-desk lady was very helpful in getting us travel information. The computer and printer were working.
Not following COVID Requirements from Choice Hotels or Montana Governor
Reviewed 24 september, 2020
On arrival, neither staff members at the front desk were wearing face masks, ignoring the sign on the desk requiring all guests to do so--in accordance with both Choice Hotels' Commitment to Clean and the Montana Governor's executive order. They did so only after I asked why about the sign and why they weren't complying with it. Staff were unable to direct me to escalate my concerns, it took four tries to do so. They didn't know the manager's email address and would not share his phone number. Choice Hotels' information on file was wrong. Contacting the hotel manager took one month of multiple attempts before I received a reply.
Shocked-bed had dirty sheets!
Reviewed 16 august, 2020
My husband and I were stranded on highway 2 after our motor home died. We decided to get a hotel room. I was wonderfully surprised when I walked into our room with a four poster bed and in-room jacuzzi. I went to turn down the bed and found it was dirty!!!! There was popcorn kernels and other stuff-OMG!!! We were transferred to the room next door with two queen beds-a standard hotel room. The next morning, NO breakfast! I asked the desk clerk (only been there two weeks) and she said “well, I guess there isn’t any breakfast”. I said that I didn’t think I should pay for the night and all she could say was “I’m sorry”. There was an employee coming in half dressed and apparently thought that was OK. Dirty unkempt carpets, used bandaids by the bed! Horrible experience!!!!!!!!!
