Do not book Unprofessional bullies

This is an unprofessionally ran hotel ran by a bunch of unqualified demented bullies. This place not only had a door l that didn’t want to work so the room was changed to a room that was water damaged. I mean the carpet was wet leaking from under the bathroom floor into the rest of the room. The room smelled damp and when front desk was made aware of the water leak and smell they acted as if it’s normal and said there aren’t any other rooms to switch to, mind you the first reason was due to the door not working so not the customers fault. An $80 hoodie was left behind in the room with the “broken” front desk was made aware of this and decided that the door could only be opened by maintenance and they were gone for the night and the flight left the next day so young Hispanic man at the desk said he will mail the hoodie which they kept. When assistant manager was called the next day she decided to act like a street thug and argue instead of doing her job of finding the hoodie she said was not there and compensating for the wet carpet. She instead after describing the hoodie by brand color and size said she would send a picture of it to confirm if she could see the video of the wet carpet. I mean all she really had to do was walk to the room and if the smell doesn’t tell you it’s damp and not in renting standards then the wet carpet will be sufficient. So Clara Gaeta the little street assistant manager decided to send a picture of a little girls sweater with an NY baseball cap instead of the real hoodie she had described. There was no compensation for the crappy room that clearly had a water leak and also for the stolen hoodie they refused to mail to us like they said. The owner Jimmy Kim acted as if he was concerned and was willing to help but decided to put us through vm constantly and ignore the problem because I’m sure his lazy, thieving unprofessional staff are his friends. There is a police report for theft but other than that please don’t stay here. You will not be treated like a paying customer right from Customer service to owner Jimmy Kim, assistant of bad service Clara Gaeta to the front desk thief who knew there were personal items along with a hoodie in the room and said he would mail but must of needed an $80 hoodie instead of buying one. Book in the worst hotel and it will be better than this one.

Old rundown dirty building. The room was the same…patched together. The worst was that I left there with bug bites on my arms, hands, and back which itched during my whole vacation. Do not even consider spending 5minutes there!
It should be rated a 1/2 a star

Wyndham should be embarrassed by having there name on that hotel. Claming they are a 2 to 3 star hotel. Every floor looks rundown. A motel 6 looks better than that hotel. I stayed 3 nights and I had to change my room twice because of how the room conditions are so much in poor shape. I wish I never stayed in that 1/2 star hotel but on my last day of my vacation I booked a room at the Sheraton and now that is beautiful hotel and worth every penny.
Worst place I have EVER STAYED AT

If I could give this place a Zero I would. Hotels were outdated dingy and dirty. Shady parking lot with all kinds of sketchy people and even little "mechanic shops" on parking lot spaces. If that wasn't enough they gave us 3 different rooms where we had to go back down from the fourth floor to the front desk. The first was absolutely disgusting the 2nd did not open with the key and the third smelled like an ash tray even though it was non smoking. I explained to them that my wife has asthma and breathing problems to which they replied that they will probably "all smell like smoke because people don't respect the rules". The icing on the cake was between 10 pm and 1 am there were workers drilling and sawing something which caused the fire alarms to go off through the entire building 3 to 4 times for 20 minutes at a time. Worst place I've ever been too. NEVER AGAIN. On top of that they are refusing to issue a refund. I will update this if they do. Regardless STAY AWAY FROM THIS RAT TRAP!! Everything else that everyone posted was true as well. Dungeness, mildew smell, dirty carpet, smelled like smoke and ashtrays, curtains and shower curtains were dirty. Walls were all messed up.
