Great Service, and comfortable room.

The staff here were very courteous and friendly. We checked in very late, and they were very accommodating. The rooms were a decent size and the beds were comfortable and clean. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool, and the breakfast had a lot of options.

I really enjoyed this hotel in terms of value and quality for the price point. Service was friendly and preemptively good. They followed up with me regularly. They were happy to meet any request I made. Rooms were simple but quite clean and the bed was very, very comfortable. The pillows were great too. Sheila gave me exceptional service. Breakfast included is a plus; as expected on the simple side. Again very clean and quiet. Perfect for late arrival from airport as it’s about 12 minutes away.

Excellent Friendly Helpful Customer Service

I recently had the pleasure of calling this hotel, twice. I was having trouble figuring something out on my reservation. Even though I booked through a third party both people I spoke to were kind, patient and extremely helpful. Went out of their way to find a phone number for me and were just NICE. Thank you to those I spoke with for not getting frustrated with me and my endless struggle with technology.

Answered all my questions and then asked what they could do in addition to make my stay good. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I asked if I could get a copy of my bill and they brought it right up to my room.

Everything was nice. The rooms were clean breakfast was good. No complaints truck parking was “real truck parking” The bed were nice and comfy. Front desk was awesome. Cleaning staff was great. When we ask for extra towels front desk didn’t give us a hard time. Greatly appreciated.
