The rooms are nice, equipped with mini bar and services from the rooms tablet, free wifi in the room, everything was looking good upto when we had dinner we reserved a table for 7:30pm and dinner was 19€ per person, when we sat at our table and got drinks we then went to take food from the buffet to only find no food a d not a lot of choices, especially for kids, we waited 30 to 45mins to see if it got refilled and during that time there was also other people around us waiting to. My wife asked o e of the kitchen staff politely to only get a very rude angry response back saying its coming in German. Slowly they started bringing something out 1 at a time and because everyone was waiting it was gone again in seconds. I would only recommend to stay in a room for a night and nothing else, staff is rude, food choice is very poor, and service is poor, not all speak English language
Sleepless in Heidenheim

Decent Hotel in an ‘outskirts’ location with ample parking and good breakfast. Our guest room was large and clean, but sadly had a ‘connecting door’ to the neighbouring room, where a family had a rally unhappy toddler. This kept us from sleeping until 4AM. Upon check-out, I asked for a reduction in the EUR 139 room charge. The receptionist remarked that I should have involved them during the night (what would they have done about a crying toddler, one wonders...), and since I didn’t -- all they could offer, exceptionally, was a EUR 20 reduction. I was too tired to argue... At least they tried, one might say. This was not the case for honouring their promise “Late check-out is available free of charge on Sundays until 17:00”, as stated on booking.com where I had placed my reservation. Similarly, the hotel hadn't bothered to adjust their listing on that web site, which advertises the enjoyment of the adjacent Hellensteinbad Aquarena leisure centre, without noting that this facility is closed because of Corona (they tell you -- but only after you book). All in all, a sleepless night for all the wrong reasons.

Staying there for a workshop. Facilities are ok with views at the restaurant. Generous breakfast buffet and limited lunch buffet. Diverse snacks during the breaks. Easy to find, out of the city with a big parking.
90% cancelation fee from when you reserve

We wanted to change our reservation. We tried to cancel it 7 days before the stay. They still charge you 90% - there was no option to move the stay either. So be aware of that before you make your reservation.
Visit to Heidenheim

Well, the rooms are ok, but need some renovation. But the quality-price-ratio is rather low. More than 190 €s not including breakfast is very sporty. Avoid the restaurant! Although the steak tastes good, it is served lukewarm. Fries are ok but convenience like the sauces. The oven-baked tomato has not really seen the oven and tastes like nothing. But best is the herb butter which could be served as dessert. It is hard with frost. And in addition the restaurant has the ambience of a snackbar. Simply avoid it.
