Stayed one night and a few days later received FRAUD notice, they copy your CC and someone charged food deliveries and than tried a large online purchase which triggered the alert. Their is a security issue within this staff!! Not accusing any single staffer, but we have traced this back to this hotel without doubt that this is where the information was gathered. Local authorities have been notified.

Listed as truck parking on the website.. it certainly isn't... I had to park in a fire lane.. hotels need to take the listing serious ..I was out of his and unable to switch . Hotel itself is what you'd expect from a run down budget place.. The one upside is, food choices within walking distance
Good bye you lost a Diamond member

I deliver emergency vehicles. Made my reservations paid for my room but never used it because I got work order to pick up a truck in Ohio for the next day. I never entered the room in this motel would not cancel my reservation and refund my money even though I didn’t use the room. I have over 80 stays in the choice hotel chain in the money they’ve got from this reservation is the last money they will see from me.

This property is dated and not well maintained. There are no rest rooms in the front desk/lobby area. There were stains on the bathroom door and though the water was hot the pressure was low. The ice machine was broken and the vending machine was out of most things. The security latch on the room door was broken. The carpet was shabby and there was an odor. The hotel is right off Henrietta road and it is hard to sleep in the front facing rooms due to the traffic. The check in process was smooth and front desk staff was pleasant. The room and bathroom were clean. The hotel is in a good area close to Marketplace Mall and major highways.
One night only

Room was average or slightly below and typical of a "no frills hotel." The thing i noticed immediately when i walked in the room was being hit with a thick, overpowering "hotel smell" that was borderline unpleasant. The hotel was the old Dorkus motel that had been taken over by Econo Lodge recently, who tried to bring it back to life. Still, sadly it is nothing to rave about; as its only a one night place to stay in my opinion. But it did have a small cooler and microwave which was nice as some hotels for the same price will not provide. Room had clean sheets and towels, but it gave me a negative vibe which was hard to explain. Would not go back again, at least the room i was in. My room sat right next to the main office which i didn't like. People sitting in chairs smoking cigarettes' like its going out of style next to office entrance. The parking lot was plastered full of nasty cigarette butts that never got picked up. Not sure what can be done to bring the motel into a better light, maybe raze the building and build a more modern structure in its place would be the best thing. Its not a too bad of a deal if your desperate, but much better motels for the same price or even cheaper in the same area.
