Necesita una reforma urgente. Se ve antiguo y sucio. En el baño había muchas manchas de cal. En la habitación la luz eléctrica es insuficiente y faltaban bombillas. El suelo del baño es muy resbaladizo. Nos pusieron en una habitación abuhardillada y faltaban las cortinillas en las ventanas por lo que en cuanto amaneció la luz entraba a raudales por lo que era imposible dormir a partir de entonces. Los cojines eran completamente planos. El desayuno era correcto. Aunque es una zona turística, tal vez fuera por la época, pero po la noche estaban todos los locales de alrededor cerrados a partir de las 9.30, por lo que nos fue imposible cenar. Está cerca de los baños de Héviz. El wi-fi funcionaba fatal.

El hotel estaba bastante bien, tiene un spa que en mi opinión va de maravilla para relajarse 2 horitas, después de un duro día. El personal, estaba bién, aunque tenían un inglés bastante flojo, y español ni pensarlo vamos. La habitación estaba muy bién ,era muy muy amplia y tenía cocina. En general tanto la habitación como el hotel en general estaban limpios. Respecto al desayuno, también estaba bastante, había un poco de todo, aunque los camareros casi no hablaban inglés. Respecto a la cercanía, estaba muy cerca de la principal actividad en Héviz, los lagos termales naturales de agua caliente, que por cierto eran impresionantes, sólo por estar allí ya vale la pena ir a Héviz.

Hotel is clean and food ok but it's not a good value for money, you gotta pay for parking, we tried to book treatment around 3 PM but we were told blatantly to return next dat at 7 am, felt unfriendly and staff isn't that interested for you to have your treatments, seem like they dont really want to work. I'd not return.

We stayed at the hotel 2 nights. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The meals in the restaurant were good. Only negative were the beds were uncomfortable and our room faced to the east and the curtains did not block out the early morning sun very well.

Horrible experience - parking guard ruined entire stay

The hotel itself was quite nice. Unfortunately the parking guard ruined our whole experience and our entire weekend. We arrived later in the evening and parked in an outside parking lot - with no markings or numbers. The next morning we left and returned in the late afternoon and parked in another unmarked spot. After arriving at the hotel we went to the pool. Then the parking guard comes to the pool and starts pointing & yelling for me to come out of the pool - in front of all the guests - and repark the car because I didn’t park in the same (unmarked) spot that I parked in late the last night in the dark. I am standing there, dripping wet & this guy is yelling at me - how dare I park in another spot. And to come out and repark the car. Of course I didn’t. At no time did the hotel inform us that we were allowed to park in only this one spot and no other. Later in the evening he again started yelling not only at me but also at my fiancé, trying to use a stupid argument that I do not go into someone else’s room either. No. I do not. But the room has a number and a key. The parking space had neither. Then he yelled at me - why did I leave the parking lot and how is he supposed to know the we want to leave? Why am I - a paying guest - supposed to ask permission from the parking guard to use my car? Stay away from this hotel if possible! They ruined our entire weekend.
