Perfect stay. Clean. No maintenance needed. Kind front desk. We were collecting biology samples in a nearby forest. The motel allowed us to use the outdoor faucet to wash off and prepare specimens. My daughter was thrilled to find little frogs eating insects outdoors after dark. One of the best Hampton Inns.

We were heading to Hibbing for a graduation party. It was hard to book the hotel a week out- all sold out. Tried again a few days later and rooms opened. :) I wasn't to thrilled with the price- very high for what we would get. The check in was fine- thought the person at the desk didn't even note that we were Hilton members- other Hiltons had welcomed us back with at least a smile. I know... we are short on workers... The pool was very busy when we came in, and was busy most of the evening- so we didn't get to 'enjoy' it. An adults only time would be nice to offer. Just a thought- we would have taken advantage of it. :) The room was quiet- glad we were on 3rd floor- perhaps that helped out? Breakfast was fine. Check out was fine. We've stayed here before, but with the "Duluth like prices" makes me wonder if I should have tried the other hotel in town.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Very clean, comfortable, modern rooms and facility. Good breakfast. Quiet This little hotel is a gem. We had traveled to town for a sad occasion for only one night on a Sunday. It was so nice to stay in a clean comfortable hotel.

Hockey tourney stay

Stayed here late Jan 2022 for a hockey tourney. Hotel is very new and clean with lots of staff. Big common areas were nice for spending time with parents and kids from our team during breakfast and other times.

Group of drunken men singing loudly in the lobby at 2 am

Hotel is fine The loudly singing large group of drunken men in the lobby at 2 am woke me. I had an early morning arrival at the airport and so the noise disturbed my sleep. Night front desk worker did not disband or quiet the group. When I mentioned it I got an eye roll with a shrug. First room assigned had not been cleaned at all. I thought someone was still occupying the room. The second room assigned was clean and fine.
