The Staff made the difference!

The staff at this hotel is exceptional! Jordan works down stairs and runs the kitchen and the bar. I had an extended stay for work. Jordan and his whole staff were excellent. The food was definitely above average for a hotel. On my last day I couldnt find Jordan to say goodbye. So I left and was a bit saddened. He knew where our corporate office was. So he drove over and told us all goodbye. We hugged him and man ole man...Jordan is an exceptional human being. I can't say enough about how his kindness made a stressful stay, feel more like home. Thank you Jordan and all the wonderful staff that works there.

Wonderful staff / super comfortable

I stayed for about two weeks for a job training. The staff was so friendly, especially Maria! I will definitely be staying here again when I’m in the area. Also I really enjoyed their pool and how clean my room was.

Horrible experience

My company spent 2 hours on the phone making sure my room was paid for. Even though they had a credit card, they didn't honor the reservation. The service in the restaurant was ridiculously slow and the next day, I was told they wouln't offer breakfast because their crew didn't get it together. Would never stay there again.

Nothing extra is included. The coffee bar area is dirty and is limited to DECAF (No regular) and hot water with tea bags. There is No breakfast or snacks provided. The Restaurant and Bar remained closed. There is a small bag with water, granola bar, and fruit for $5. Staff was generally unfriendly at check in and extensive waiting for questions or checkout when departing due to long waits for staff to appear at the counter. The building, decor, layout, and location are excellent. I like Holiday inns, but this place needs help. Not recommended.

Unresponsive and Uncaring

Unorganized and poor management. Took approx. over soccer 30 teams to stay in hotel for a local soccer tournament, and when it came down to a miscommunication from staff, they overcharged me for an entire stay at the rate of $200+. As a traveling soccer coach, I requested for a later check-out, last game of the evening started around 2:30-3:00PM, but because of miscommunication that the latest check-out was at 3:00PM. I got overcharged and due to "policy" cooperate and local hotel staff did not help or care to help. I attempted to call and fix that same day, and they just threw me in the "we will have a case manager, and management follow up with you." Today after over a month, they came with a resolution and did nothing but waste my time and overcharge me and did not care, because company policy. I will not be taking, or encouraging any of our club soccer teams to stay here again.
