Perfect stay
Wonderful 2 day stay. This hotel is within walking distance of multiple restaurants, the beach, and two grocery stores. It is also right across the street from a large park. It is a beautiful hotel, with a friendly and accommodating staff. We frequently stay at a variety of Marriott hotels and I have to say this is one of my favorites. We will definitely return.
Rooftop bar closed at 6 PM
we stopped here on our roadtrip to Florida to enjoy the rooftop view and have drinks. they shut the bar down at 6 PM for no reason . also no microwave and no one answers the phone at the front desk. what elso do you want me to say. There was no ice bucket in the room. no coffee in the lobby. we are pissed.We also we’re charged more than TripAdvisor said we would be charged
Clean, Well Located New Entrant in Coligny
No frills at this clean-living, in the middle of it all new hotel in the heart of Coligny Plaza in Hilton Head. Gotta try the roof top bar for views, cocktails and of course... atmosphere and music. Loved it and will stay again when in town
Best New Hotel on Hilton Head Island
Just completed a week long stay the Courtyard Hilton Head Island. What a wonderful place to visit. The Courtyard has something that I totally love, a rooftop pool with a bar, a beautiful view of the island and a lounge area! Absolutely fabulous ..... and it even has cabanas so you can escape the sun. In addition to the amazing pool, the entire common area is decorated like a very high end hotel. I was blown away by the elegant light fixtures. But best of all is the staff. Hats off to Carrie, Kybrick and Kashica, they are the best of the best at the front desk. When you spend a week at a hotel, you actually get the chance to know the staff and the Courtyard has all the right people. Wish I did not have to go, but I will return and hopefully soon! Great location, awesome roof top area
We chose this property because of the location. It was perfect. Close to multiple places to eat, shop and go to the beach. Room was very nice and the bar and pool area on the roof was nice. Lots of good seating options. The only downside was the staff. Except for the young male bartender, every other employee did their best not to make eye contact or speak. It was so strange at the front desk when we arrived. We waited to check in while the desk clerk and her manager chatted together for a few minutes like we were not there. No information was offered to us, no greeting anytime we came in. We got the feeling that we were a bother just for being guests. Never had that experience at a nice property before. It is a great location and I would stay there again but hope they pay attention to feedback and treat their guests better.
