Enjoyed a pleasant stay

I was in Hitachinaka for business and decided to stay the night at this hotel. After arriving I was pleasantly surprised to find the staff had kindly upgraded my room to a very nice semi-suite room! The room looked new and it was extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel lobby area was nice and relaxing as well. I was also happy with the breakfast buffet which had a fair amount of western and Japanese dishes to choose from. In the evening before, guests were offered a complimentary snack of a small bowl of ramen noodles which was also a nice gesture. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet area of town away from the main road and trains, so it's a nice place if you want to wind down and relax after a busy day. It's also located only 10-15min drive away from Hitachi Kaihin Koen (Hitachi Seaside Park) which I wanted to visit but sadly didn't have time to do so...

コスパの良い結婚式場ホテルですが・・・観光向きではないかな

ひたち海浜公園への旅行で宿泊。日立市内にはビジネスホテルがあるが、部屋の広さ、朝食付き、サウナ付き大浴場、駐車場無料のコスバの良さに引かれてココを選択。もともと結婚式場のホテルですが、参列者が泊まる事を考えての作りなんでしょう。和室は2部屋続きで広く、従業員の対応もスマートです。和室の部屋は古さは否めませんが、広くて掃除も行き届いています。朝食バイキングは品数は少なく地元感が無いビジネスホテル並みのメニューですが、料金を考えればこんなもんでしょう。周囲にコンビニも食事処もありません。周辺は静かな立地です。大きな減点は部屋のTV、10畳の部屋にビジネスホテル並みの14インチはないでしょう。しかも、電池が切れかかっているのか、リモコンが効かない。寝るだけなら十分なんですが・・・

料理が最悪！

先日、「秋旅行の思い出に…夕食はちょっと贅沢にホテル特選ディナーを堪能♪」という謳い文句に騙され、【秋の味覚☆2食コース】を注文しました。ホームページにあるお品書きを添付されている写真を見ると、値段相応の非常に楽しみな夕食でした。ところが実際に出てきたものは、お品書きとは全く違うものでした。刺身にいたってはたったの合計でたったの4切れです。ホテルのクチコミに書くと、「刺身の写真が間違っていた。ホームページの写真を差し替える」との回答のみで、悪びれる様子もありません。ご飯も茶碗に1杯半の少量で、結局は空かすかのごはんとおかずだけでお腹が膨れることはありませんでした。本当に残念なホテルです。支払ったお金相応の食事が出ていれば怒りも収まるのでしょうが、もうこのホテルを使うことはないでしょう！皆さんも気をつけてください。

コスパ抜群でした

2食付きで泊まりました。建物は古くオートロックもない状態ですが、清潔にきれいに改装されコントロールされていました。予約段階では１５時チェックインとなっていましたが、フロントでは１６時チェックインと言われました。今調べても予約情報は１５時となっていました。情報の錯そうがあるようですのでご注意ください。大浴場は夜だけでしたが大変に快適でした。夕食はテイクアウトのメニューから選ぶようになっていましたが、ちゃんと作ってあってとてもおいしかったです。
