Our company has been in the city of Hobbs, New Mexico for the past 7 Months. We first stayed at a Comfort Suites Hotel and it was okay, just a typical hotel in a city the size of Hobbs. One week they were overbooked and we looked for another local hotel, lucky for us we found the Quality Inn. The Quality Inn has a friendly staff and the manager Ms. Amanda Lucero always greets and ask if we have any suggestions to improve our stay. This hotel does daily housekeeping in our rooms and is a very clean hotel. Our request have always been taken care of but the last one seperates the Quality from all others. This past month of June the temperatures in Hobbs have hovered between 95 to 107, very hot! We decided to start earlier in the day and the first day we started we did not have time to eat breakfast at the hotel. When we arrived Ms Lucero was concerned that none of us had eating breakfast. We explained to her about our early starts due to the heat. The very next day she took it upon herself to have her staff serve breakfast half an hour earlier than normal breakfast hours. That made all the difference in the world to the 8 emplyees which stay at Quality Inn. I highly recommend this outstanding Hotel based on cleaness, accommodations, and just a few professional staff!.

I had the best experience at this hotel the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was good clean no complaints all good things. Erika was great she helped my son with the waffle maker. The overall experience was excellent and would definitely come and stay here again.

We were upgraded to a suite, which was nice, but unnecessary for two people arriving after 8:00 pm. The kitchenette was updated with granite and nice cabinets. The bedroom was also updated and very nice. The bathroom though had an old jet tub that was discolored with nasty grout. There was a boxed in area over the sink that had peeling paint and an old light fixture. Very odd to have an old bathroom in such a nice updated suite. We had trouble finding the breakfast area from the stairway. The layout was a little awkward. The breakfast was good, but the choices were limited. Overall a nice stay.

Pool and spa out of order. Had to wait for a clerk to check in. Disturbance and fight room next door. No one on duty I could reach to help. Had to call 911 and deal with police 3 AM. No refund or apology from hotel or Choice Hotels after writing letter.

The Hotel is kinda dated and worn down a bit. Staff was average for a choice hotel, room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom could use some attention as far as upgrade & paint. Breakfast was good for the limited selection on hand. Small breakfast space accounts for limited selection. Would stay here again if in area.
