Don’t stay here

Reviewed 17 may, 2022

Stayed here recently and never again! I've traveled all over the United States and in 50 years have never stayed in a place that made us feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. The front desk Manager was so rude when we asked for an extra parking spot when we had 3 rooms rented and 3 cars even though we spoke with other guests that had 1 room and 2 cars; she told us we had an attitude for asking. It's right next to public racquetball courts so you hear the loud banging from the balls dusk to dawn. Plus it's in a sketchy area so we didn't feel very safe. The list of rules you have to follow in order to not get charged a $250 security deposit was unbelievable. Ask them to send you a copy before you book! There's lots of other options in Hollywood Beach so I'd pass on this one!

Beware! Do Not Stay at this Disgusting Place!

Reviewed 16 may, 2022

Reviewed today We Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights! Unfortunately, we will never be back and I will tell everyone I know that they should STEER very clear of this place. The floors are disgusting and the rooms smell. Their "ovens " are so outdated the only one of the burners worked. There are no numbers on the dials so you have no idea if the oven is at 200 degrees of 400. fire detector started beeping at night while sleep and wouldn't stop. The futon is about as comfortable as sitting on knives. They are so cheaply made. Don't look behind the fridge or oven, you will see roaches. There are SOOOO many rules and regulations that you would be better off staying somewhere else. Because if you break even one of them they will fine you. NO GUESTS, POOL CLOSES AT 8. No smoking on the deck, but you also can't smoke in your room.$21.50 a night for parking when they have plenty of spaces.$10 if you lose a key ( the credit card like ones that probably cost $.50). They will only supply 2 even though you can have 5 guests. I don't trust these people so therefore I will never recommend them. The front desk is extremely rude. Told my friend who was also staying in the hotel to not give her attitude when my friend was just asking her a question. Overpriced and definitely not worth even the thought! To top it off it is next to the public squash/racketball courts. You hear their music blaring ALL day long and the pounding of the balls constantly. It is also a very sketchy area. I caught one person attempting to jump over the gate to get into a guests room. there are so many homeless, drug addicted people in that area. you would be better off in Fort Lauderdale than in HOLLYHOOD! Dangerous area!! Also the towels they supply are the size of wash cloths. If you dare to come here bring your own. Also, if you accidentally leave something when checking out, consider it gone. Not an honest business, nasty people. I should have been weary when we checked in warning us of human trafficking. Scary hotel. I can't say enough to convince you to move on to another place.

Location %100

Room is small, but hey you aren’t here for the room itself. Excellent location. Tiki bar is great. Beach is clean and sandy. Bed comfortable. Water pressure is way too low. Property is clean, area is noisy on weekends. Avoid the Hollywood brewery

Awful! Be AWARE!

Reviewed 29 november, 2021

Absolutely awful. Started by waiting at a locked door for someone to check us in for 15 minutes after a 5 hr drive. Got to the room and it was filthy, black hairs in the shower (none of us have black hair), dirty cups with coffee stuck in the bottom, lipstick on glasses, stained hand towels, dirty floors, and an overall funky smell. After complaining they relunctantly switched our rooms in the morning on THANKSGIVIING, and then the 2nd room had no ac, tried fixing for 3 hrs just to move us again. This time to a room that did NOT have the accomadations that I paid for. Absolutely rude staff that honestly does not give a crap if they do their jobs. Acted confused as to why I was upset and insinuated it was my fault for not wanting to stay in a room with no AC in SOUTH FLORIDA. The only friendly people on site are the housekeepers. Parking was a nightmare to deal with, almost had my car towed even though I had a parking pass. Came out to a giant bright green sticker stuck to my brand new car's window. This place was an absolute nightmare. I would advise to find another place. There are literally 100 diff places to stay. We paid 1000.00 for 4 days in a dirty 1 star hotel. Drunk ladies screaming and letting their kids run wild. The parking garage is across the street where every night around 11pm people start drifing through the garage with steroes blaring and loud people. Not quiet or relaxing atmosphere. The website is very misleading. Very upset they ruined our Thanksgiving.

Location, location, location

The location of the Caribbean Resort Suite was perfect for us to enjoy a few days after a cruise exploring the Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk. We never needed a car, great restaurants and entertainment (both day & night) are nearby. We used Lift/Uber to get from the cruise ship and to the FLL airport. Even though we arrived way to early for the check in time, the staff was very friendly, storing our luggage and texting us as soon as the room was available. Our newly refurbished room had a full kitchen, equipped with pots, pans, dishes and glasses. The room was clean and comfortable.
