I stayed here for the two nights around this year’s NASCAR Cup Sunday Season ending Cup Race. It’s not bad. It’s as close as you could want to Homestead Miami Racetrack. My only complaint here was cheap pillows and an oddly uncomfortable mattress. Very strange really; I’m only really here for the bed. Right next to a Shopping Center. The rates were tripled for race weekend.
They will CHARGE your CREDIT CARD WITHOUT PERMISSION!!!!

I reserved a room from Best Studio Inn online at Hotel.com. I was given then the option to pay now or reserve the room and pay at the hotel. I chose to pay at the hotel. I received my confirmation number that I had a reservation. The day of arrival. I called around 5pm to inform them I was running late, a young voice male said my reservations were still good. When I arrived a couple of hours later, a young lady at the desk informed me that my room was cancelled this morning because the credit card was cancelled. I asked them why would you attempt to charge my card without permission. She was adamantly rude and non-sensitive off the issue and said all the rooms were full and there was nothing she could so talk to her asst. manager in the morning and asked me to leave. I took her asst. manager business card and I left. I came back in the morning and it seems that that lady had already talked with the young lady because STEPHANIE DEL VALLE the ASSISTANT MANAGER wouldnt let me explain how I was treated and was telling me to leave. Then an old man came from the back and said he was the one that charged my card 6am yesterday morning. I explained while showing them on my phone the reservations that it stated pay at the hotel why would he charge my card 6am that morning. He didnt care and both of them were telling me rudely to leave. I would never make reservations at that hotel ever again, and because there insensitivity and nastiness I will make it my business to share with others not to make reservations there.

The owner of this hotel is very rude. Was working at the power plant and my hotel ran up so I was gonna stay at a coworkers in best studio. He made arrangements with one of the ladies. Swapped keys. Upon arrival I was told I could not stay. Gave them my license and offered a cc. She let me go to room and said I’d have to come in with the registered guest to be put on the room. As I just feel asleep an hour later the owner/ manager/ hitler pounded on door and told me I had to leave. Told him he had all my info we are background screened for our jobs which he was familiar with. He then allowed me to stay after deactivating the key so once I left I could not re enter. Never been treated like that before. Writing this a year later because at least two other co workers had worse experiences than mine recently. Please stay away and let his ethics hurt his business.

I booked a room thru hotels.com. and was guaranteed I could pay upon arrival...thus was crucial because of poor and mixed reviews...Best Studio Inn got my info and charged Friday...when contacted they lied to me...called me b---h....said I was a fool...Hotels.com offer my vouchers for entire stsy5 because their written confirmation stated my card would not be charged until 6pm day of arrivall(confirmed this info before booking by a call to Best spoke with lady and she agreed with procedure) but was ridiculed and told too bad and that he would gladly cancel but wouldn't get my money for 4 weeks that he would see to it....so already before I arrive bad business and this is ECACTLY why I was so concerned in first place...I would have to say AVOID ST ALL COST..and refuses to give General Mgrs name

When we went to check in Monica was so helpful and explained to us everything we needed to know before we asked. Didn't take long. The rooms was nice had a kichenette in it so it saved us from guying out all the time. Dionella was helpful as well. I want to thank them so much and the rest of the staff.
