From the moment we got connected to the phone for the shuttle to our ride to the hotel we Already knew that we were in great hands ! David was friendly and made sure we did not have to put the bags in the shuttle. Jumada in the evening shift was very polite and made sure we were put on the shuttle for the best day. I liked the hot breakfast offered and it was very filling. The hotel also offered bags to go with healthy options. We slept well in our clean room. We will continue to use this hotel for any lay overs in the future.

These two ladies are the true example of hospitality. Both are always working very hard and always taking time to speak the guests even just to say hello. I’ve never seen people who truly love their job until I met them. These two deserves the highest award hospitality can give. Thank you Lenell and apple for your hospitality

My mother arrived before me and barely spoke English and Mrs. Bell called me and introduced herself to me and explained that even though she is not fluent in Spanish she does understand a little. I told her that my mom needs a ride from the airport and will need to check in. Mrs. Bell had my mother picked up , offered breakfast while she waited for a room to be ready and her Spanish was understood by my mother. When I got there she was already gone but I want to thank her for her kindness.
Neat, Hotel, but odor in room and Shuttle service limited

The hotel is located within 4 miles of Intercontinental Airport. We were staying overnight after returning from a cruise. I had specifically asked before booking if there was a shuttle service to and from the airport. I was assured there was, but it stopped at 10 or 11 p.m. That was great since we would probably arrive about noon. When we arrived at the airport and called the hotel for pickup, we were told they stopped shuttle services from 11 am to 4 p.m. When I said that was not what I was told, they apologized, but that was it. We got an Uber XL (4 people and luggage) at $17.51. We arrived about 12:30 p.m. and were allowed to check into our room. The first thing out of everyone's mouth was..."What is that smell?" The A/C was on and there was a musty smell with maybe disinfectant overtones. The cleaning staff were outside the door of a room near ours. Anyway, we decided to put up with it, but wore socks and shoes. We were leaving at 7 a.m. the next morning for our flight. There are restaurants and fast food places within walking distance. Staff wore masks and were courteous. Overall, it was okay. If we were staying longer, we would have changed rooms.

Beautiful hotel and clean. We were impressed by how the staff still wear mask and the signs recommends and not force us. The room we had on first floor was very nice and modern design. We slept very well. Breakfast was a bonus as it was hot yummy and good quality.
