Pésimo servicio y atención durante tormenta y apagón

Estan cortos de personal, no hay quien te apoye si tu cuarto no está limpio, no hay comida no hay cobijas extras, Estamos hospedándonos desde el 13 de febrero y hasta el 15 que fue la tormenta el staff no se preparó para atender la emergencia, se quedaron sin los servicios básicos que te ofrecen para el desayuno, no hay personal de limpieza el manager ni su equipo están propiamente vestidos o identificados a las 11:30 pm
El recepcionista empezó a tocar de cuarto en cuarto si habían hecho su pago por la habitación molestando a los
Huéspedes cuando lo pudieron haber hecho durante el día sin si quiera portar un cubre bocas y vestimenta que lo identifiques como empleado del hotel y lo peor no hay nadie capaz encargado de todo el hotel que te pueda solucionar algo muy mala experiencia

DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL
This is the most incompetent hotel I’ve ever seen... and I’ve seen a lot.
I showed up to check-in for a reservation. The front desk agent, named Brandy, looks at me confused and tells me there are no rooms. She explains that my reservation is for the next day. I show her my confirmation stating the exact opposite. I have arrived when scheduled. I was guessing they sold my room to someone else.
Giving in due to the late hour, I asked her to arrange a room at a nearby comparable property. Brandy is so incompetent that she could not figure that out and tells me to figure it out.
Sitting in the lobby, I call IHG global. They tell me I’m right, my reservation check-in date was what I thought. My room should be ready. IHG calls Brandy directly at the front desk. Around and around we go. Brandy blames the computer.
Either way, I was being put out on the street. There are no nearby properties with bookings at this point. IHG calls me back and tells me to try another city lol
Brandy is the most worthless hotel employee I have encountered.... Unapologetic, incapable, lazy, inept, useless.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS FRANCHISE

This is my 2nd stay here, and again I am not disappointed. The hotel is clean, the staff are.attentive to our needs. They have shuttle service from and to George Bush International Airport. If there is to improve, I guess the tub needs some upgrade, personally shower would be better. Other than that it was a great stay.!
Turn off those lights!

Room was clean,breakfast food, juice, coffee employees were friendly.We stayed in room 322 facing south toward the school. The huge hotel parking lot lights were aimed straight through our window. We had to keep the shade completely down or ours eyes got burned! Couldn't even look out at all & we usually do just that. We have stayed here numerous times obviously on a different side of the building. Lights need to be readjusted Be forewarned just saying.

We had to wait quite a long time for the shuttle to pick us up form the airport, even after phoning - also the receptionist who took our call was very rude. Best part of the hotel was the shuttle driver Gerard who was so good and recommended places to eat and even ended up driving us to a local restaurant after we had checked in. Our room smelled musty and a little like cat pee. I guess for the price and location it's alright, but I have definitely stayed in much nice places.
