Fair enough

Reviewed 25 july, 2022

It’s a nice cozy hotel for business trip. Clean enough with fair breakfast and meals. For sure a renovation would be nice. The location is very close to malls and NASA in case you want to visit. The absent of mini bat is obvious as well the absent of power plugs.

Great rate, About half an hour walk to restaurants

Reviewed 6 june, 2022

I stayed here as part of a dance conference so got a very affordable room, $125 a night. As is typical with conference hotels, they are out in the middle of nowhere. It was very hot but I walked about half an hour to an hour to a mall, McDonald’s, and a couple of restaurants. The walk is not very pretty, next to the highway, but I could have taken an Uber for about $10 probably. The hotel itself is quite large, internal hallways but actually pretty quiet. Nice pool, although they ran out of towels for our group. I did not use the hotel food services but they were plentiful with the in room coffee and were kind enough to give me a fridge and microwave because I had to bring my own food as a celiac. Staff was accommodating and it had a nice gym.

Zero Tolerance and Pure Greed

Reviewed 1 april, 2022

I entered the dates I needed. Found this hotel and was in a good location for my needs. I hit the back button on accident and went right back to this property listing. Unknowingly the site reverted to default dates which were two weeks from my original request. Granted this is an Expedia site error but when I cancelled and rebooked for the correct dates ( within Minutes ) the hotel denied any form of refund. Expedia advised that they could refund without an issue as long as Sheraton approved..... they declined. As I visit Houston and this area often I will NEVER book with this property again regardless of how convent it is to my destination every few weeks.

Disturbed Room

Reviewed 27 march, 2022

Though the accommodation is good the hotel is not suitable for people who needs sleep off. In room air condition fan disturbed all the time. Bathroom space is too small. there was not varieties of food. Staff was very good except one rude lady in the reception. Not Happy!

Old and dated hotel

Reviewed 3 january, 2022

This is definitely not a three star hotel. Feels more like a motel than hotel. Old and yellow bed sheets. The hotel was not that clean either. I do not feel it is worth over $120 a night for the stay.
