Old and dated hotel

This is definitely not a three star hotel. Feels more like a motel than hotel. Old and yellow bed sheets. The hotel was not that clean either. I do not feel it is worth over $120 a night for the stay.
Very Pleasant weekend

Nice hotel for a Saturday night. Not busy. Elite lounge was not open on weekends but they allow us breakfast in the regular area. Staff was nice and accommodating. Parking gates were blocked at one end for an explanatory reasons. Also a droning noise frequented the night a disrupting my sleep.
Nice Convention Hotel in Houston

I stayed here for a conference in September 2021. The room was clean and the meeting facilities were excellent. The hotel offers free parking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a group event.
Average stay here

Average hotel in my opinion - the rooms are very nice and modern. The hotel itself is nice, it includes an OK fitness centre which is equipped with both weights and cardio. I didn't get chance to try the outdoor pool area available. It's nothing special and could be improved here, especially with being a Sheraton.
Good stay except for one employee at the front desk
Reviewed 5 november, 2021
I just completed a two-night stay here. I've been at this hotel more than 100 nights over the last 7-8 years so I know it well. I choose it due to the location, the price, and access to free self-parking. Everything about my stay was fine with the exception of the woman that attended to me at check-in. I'm not sure what her issue was but she was openly hostile to me...which really surprised me as a Marriott Elite Ambassador member. It all started when I arrived at the front desk. She didn't greet me verbally at all. I only got raised eyebrows from her...kind of like signaling "what do you want?". It went downhill from there. Every question I asked was too complicated for her to deal with. Also, she seemed to go out of her way to give me the smallest room in the property. 301 was the smallest room I have ever had in all my stays at this property. I don't know why she was in a bad mood and dishing out the attitude but she certainly does not give the property a good first impression. Ivan in the bar was great. Friendly competent and just an overall pleasure to deal with. I am giving this hotel 3 stars...primarily due to the unpleasant woman at the front desk. Other than her, my stay would have been a 4 or 5. Thanks to the rest of the staff for a pleasant stay.
