Jason the manager made sure my stay was enjoyable yet comfortable, would definitely recommend this hotel , prices are lower than average hotels around the area , if you have issues speak to Jason the manager he will definitely take care of your needs and wants

It's a long list. Quiet place, comfortable bed, reasonably priced.
BUT, extensive mold on window exteriors and in the window tracks, mold in shower (tried to cover with caulk), minimal staff coverage in the lobby, poor offerings for breakfast, offer housekeeping by appt but impossible to find someone at the front desk to resupply towels and soap. Staff was not welcoming. Room keys were disabled several times during the stay.

Great Hotel! We stayed there twice, once in January and again in February 2021. Enjoyed our stay both times! Beds were very comfortable, suites well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay! Loved the lobby and dining room decor! Staff were very friendly and professionel! Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby! Will stay there again!

My family and I are staying here until Wednesday, October 7th. We flew in from California on Saturday, the 3rd. We were so tired from the flight and were hoping for a quick and easy check in. Jenice was AMAZING!! Her customer service skills did not go unnoticed - she’s top notch! We travel often so we are familiar with the process and this was by far the smoothest check in we’ve had in quite some time. And then, just when I thought her sweet demeanor couldn’t be matched, we encountered Success. Another true gem. They both have been nothing other than accommodating and kind. And then, to top it off, we had the pleasure of meeting Arie earlier today. You have an incredible team. Every single person we’ve dealt with has been nothing short of incredible so good on you and Marriott and your wonderful employees - this is an especially trying time. I imagine that makes their job a little more challenging but it doesn’t show because they have such a positive attitude. The next time we are in town, there in nowhere we’d rather stay. Thank you!
Understated elegance on the outskirts of Houston

Stayed for 3 nights for a business trip. We were immediately upgraded to a bigger room due to Marriott Bonvoy gold elite status. The room was spacious with comfortable beds, a bathtub, work desk and microwave oven. Channel selection on the TV was also great. The air conditioning was located under the window which was weird and inconvenient. Free breakfast was available on all days but comprised of the same food daily - scrambled eggs, croissants, muffins, oats and cereals with milk, yogurt and fruits. My main complaint with the hotel was a lack of an on-site restaurant. Only the bar was available in the evenings. Due to its remote location, I believe that an on-site, 24 hour restaurant is a must. Otherwise it was a good modernized hotel with pleasant staff and good overall cleanliness.
