Noisy

Reviewed 7 october, 2022

I stayed here for one night with my family. Pros: comfortable beds, large bathroom, huge walk-in closet Cons: Traffic noise from I-45 (despite requesting a quiet room), bathroom has a frosted glass door and light shines right on the beds if someone uses the bathroom during the night Breakfast has a couple of hot items along with cereal, muffins, etc. I would stay here again if we could be guaranteed a room that faces the parking lot.

Dissapointed

Some of the common area interior doors that usually require a hotel key to enter were unlocked. The elevator was out of order for 4 of the 6 days i stayed there. The air conditioning in the rooms barely worked and the room would get stuffy throughout the night. My coworker was locked out of her room because the lock mechanism was malfunctioning. The poorly trained front desk receptionist was reluctant to contact maintenance or the manager because she said that " it was late and they probably wouldn't answer" Finally after insisting she contact someone, she did and the issue was fixed a short time later.

big rooms/bathroom, very clean

Reviewed 29 march, 2022

the room has a little sitting area that is separate from the beds and the bathrooms are huge. The rooms were very clean. this location is right off the highway so it was perfect to stay after a long night of driving, and it was still very quiet in the room. Definitely would stay here again if in the area.

Everything about this property is first rate! Every single staff member we interacted with was professional and went beyond what was expected. From Laura at the front desk to Alina in sales, we could not have been happier with this entire stay. THIS IS WHAT SPRINGHILL IS SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE! This property should seriously be a training ground for all Springhill Suites staff members from other hotels and other states. Congratulations Management! Well Done! And THANK YOU AGAIN to the entire staff for making our stay at your hotel, one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.

Inattentive

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and had a terrible experience. Some of the other guests began making terribly loud noise at 3 am that went on to 5 am. When we called the desk, no one picked up or called us back. When we mentioned it to the front desk (the next morning), we were told that the general manager would call us on Monday to discuss the issue. We didn’t hear anything until we submitted a survey that was less than flattery. Only then did we even get a half an attempt at an apology.
