Beautiful hotel and extremely friendly staff

What a lovely hotel very clean friendly helpful staff we went for an afternoon meal and decided to go to the rooftop bar first where we was served by Kyle who was very friendly and welcoming - in the restaurant we were served by Natalie and Ngary and Kevin who were all very welcoming and made us feel at ease very attentive but not to much I would definitely come back again.

50 GBP Pre-Authorization not refunded

After severel attempts, emails and calls, I can not get my 50 GBP Pre-Authorization refunded to my account. Normally this is only a reserved amount on account, but here the Hotel have taken the money, and will not return to my card. This is absolutely not ok. Now I have come to the point that I will not spend any more time on trying getting my 50 GBP back.

Excellent Staff

We are holding an event at the Double Tree Hilton and we were there to make final arrangements. Every member of staff was polite , helpful and friendly. We sat in the bar area , Eleanor was looking after us and nothing was too much trouble and she even went out of her way to accommodate us on a certain matter. Well done Team Double Tree great service.

Dissapointing stay

I was a guest at this hotel for 2 nights and was very disappointed when after the 1st night my phone charger and toiletries were taken away. I brought this up with reception who said they would inform their supervisor however no action was taken. Instead they offered to waive my parking charges. At the end of the day the material belongings can be replaced however questions on the security of the hotel has been raised. i think that should be properly looked into. thanks Dr Amir Shah

Great Experience

Recently visited here and stayed two nights on a work trip. Staff were brilliant - especially the waiter in the restaurant (who I believe was Italian) who was super attentive, accommodating and remembered all of our drinks orders! Room was large, warm, clean and felt luxurious, with a lovely walk in shower (though small criticism - the shower pressure caused the shower head to keep moving to the left, rather than the shower head being fixed to the wall, which was a little annoying). I was able to order room service late at night without issue and colleagues and I drank in the hotel bar and ate in the restaurant and enjoyed both experiences. One minute walk from the train station, St Stephens shopping centre and everything else in the local area. Highly recommended and will definitely be staying again when I'm in the area for work.
