Woooow we love that place we had so much fun in it and we enjoyed all the activites and the animation showes, dances.. The hotel itself is almost like a big family we felt so warm between them we would love to come again next year
Absolutely waist of holiday. Do not think about this hotel at all.

This hotel is an absolutely joke. It says 4 star but I would not give it even 1. After you walk through the reception the magic is gone. You start seeing all the bad points. They do not even try to hide them. Everything is closed or not available for guests. Dirty pools with no water cleaning system, Food, empty cups or even wire in the pool. Jacuzzi with green water. Disgusting food - every day the same. All fatty meals, fried with liters of oil. No food for children at all (no chocolate, biscuits, or even fries, chips). No ice cream. A few old rolls stuffed with yellow cheese or sausage - that was an afternoon snack. Housekeeping was picking up dirty towels and putting them back up. You can go anywhere as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Please do not go there and do not waste you money and time for all that horrible experience.
Don't go with kids

The hotel is quite literally in nowhere land. Yes, there's a beach and if you tip the boy enough he'll get your place ready every day. There's nothing around, nowhere to walk or places of any interest. The food is abysmal. If you dont like foreign food you get the choice of beef or chicken. The dining room is massive but it only had about 15% of visitors in it. It wasn't busy. You get what you pay for here. I fell down 4 times due to bad lighting going to and from dinner. It was a long walk to dinner - we did ask for ground floor, we were 3 flights up - and I am 63. The paths are uneven and trips are common. I fell down the stairs on the first night as the light was out. Don't try and go on the grass, the water sprinklers aren't buried and it's easy to twist your ankle. I came home depressed and with a broken thumb. Good job the weather was all we'd hoped for. This was a trip for our 36th wedding anniversary.
The worst hotel ever

The list is endless.... No guests, no red wine, no beer! Children weren’t catered for... restaurants closed. Kids club closed. Spa closed. Same food practically all week. Whole place tired. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
